People who work at Home Depot are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is organized and very user-friendly. All products are in order, and the aisles are labeled so clearly!

Very disappointed in the process for getting an installer.To much bad info from the people at your store.An associate promised to call me back on Monday Oct. 22nd. As of now I am still waiting.The best customer service employee I spoke with was Julie. She helped on two days trying to get the installer out.We finally got thru on their 800 number and set out up ourselves.

We love the Homer Glen Store. It is close to our town, and we shop there for a lot of our home supplies. The employees are always friendly and willing to help us find whatever we are looking for. Thank you for building this store near our community.

Employee (Sherri) was most helpful and thorough, but contractor/supplier never delivered. Employee made several contacts with them, but after 3 months we requested a refund. The office staff (Deanna) was considerate and refunded our purchase price without any hassle. We commend both these employees, but definitely not the company expected to make/install countertops.

The best Home Depot that I have ever experienced. Great Customer Service, friendly, knowledgeable and kind sales associates. Check out clerk very thorough and very courteous. the experience was so outstanding throughout the store. They take pride in their job and will express that sentiment to you. Just great. Each department all of the clerk was there to assist and help you find the product and look online at the stores to see if the product was located at an another Home Depot. Awesome customer service cashier Elizabeth went above and beyond helping me with a warranty issue.

I would have liked to have given this store a better rating because the employees are knowledgeable and courteous. However, twice now, the aisles have been so cluttered, i had to map out a route just to get to the check outs. The customer service area needs to be relocated.

Had to buy a refrigerator and John was very helpful and the cashiers were very friendly. The prices were better then anybody in the area. The store and restroom was very clean. Great place to shop!

Be carefull if you go to the paint department and ask for help in selecting what you need. Some of the employees there get upset if you disturb them with questions or inquires on paint selection.

I really appreciated Miss Cindy's customer service and friendly attitude! Home Depot - Homer Glen has the best team!
