The cashier didn’t give me a bag for my seed packets and I forgot about them so they blew across the parking lot somewhere. I had a bunch of stuff on the cart so... When I called I spent 30 minutes getting the run around. I can buy lots of seeds for 30 minutes of my time.

My wife and I have been to this particular Home Depot on many occasions, and always find your staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I love your store.

This store was very neat and clean. The employee that helped me with the bathroom shower and accessories was very helpful. The cashier, Jeanette, was very helpful in my purchase experience.

The staff was very nice and helpful, they are their to help each and everyone of its customers, the store was very clean and the displays were beautiful, I shop at Home Depot all the time.I like the staff and the the way the store is always clean and the good buys.I Daugther lost her husband to the virus on April 2020, so shppping for Christmas is very difficult for her, but she does go to the Home Depot, thank you Diane gneda

I would again like to commend the manager John for all his help on,10/27/2020 for solving my problem along with the girl in customer service, I did not get her name but she also made various calls working on solving this problem which I tried to resolve for over the past three weeks that other managers could not take the time to call me back. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. I went to another home improvement store and they were not as helpful or knowledgeable with my questions.

Great employees. Our transaction took quite a bit of time to process but Sue was patient and saw the process through until the end. When we encountered a problem with the items purchased, Appliance Manager Jamie found a solution to solve the problem so all were happy. We are long time customers of Home Depot and look forward to more shopping, especially at the Homer Glen location.

Employees in this store were not wearing masks nor were they social distancing. They were coming right up to customers who were wearing masks and trying to social distance. Apparently this Home Depot doesnt know what is going on in the world with Covid 19 nor did they seem to care.

Employees were friendly, Shelves were full, I found everything I was looking for, Keep up the good work

Bryan, an older gentleman in the building department, is just a fantastic, very passionate, and very knowledgeable guy with a wealth of experience to share.

Great store with great employees. Liz at the customer service desk/returns is amazing. I had a large return and she couldn’t have been more helpful. She got me in and out of the line quicker than I expected. She never missed a beat. Employees like Liz are definitely the best part of shopping at the Home Depot.
