I needed a tape measurer and some new gloves for a new job. It was very easy to find the items I wanted and there was a big variety. One of the workers suggested a certain glove and I went with it. The tape measure is awesome. It tells you the increments instead of you just guessing if it's an eighth of an inch or whatever. I definitely enjoy shopping at Home Depot no matter what city I am in.

I was recently in your store and was treated so respectfully and kindly! Your team is awesome: especially young Mark, Arica, and Amber!

Suzanne at the Front Service Desk was most helpful. She was polite, greeted me, solved my issues and did so professionally and quickly. Ken in plumbing was asked to find three Glacier Bay toilets for me. They were all up on storage racks. He immediately retrieved a lift unit, had to move 6 other toilets to get to the three I needed, loaded them on a pull cart and did so quickly and was happy to do so. He was very knowledgeable, polite and seemed to truly enjoy both his job and helping people.

With exceptional customer service a clean store and always being on top of everything going on I highly recommend the Home Depot in Huntington Beach on Warner at Goldenwest. The store is always clean the employees are always friendly and ready to help!

I spent over 30 minutes in the store waiting for an associate to come and unlock a caged area so I could buy a generator after four temps and having to call the store myself nobody showed up. I ended up walking out not a store. I’ll return to.

I shop this store often, and have noticed the staff seems happy, they are always helpful!

Tricia Lamb, Flooring Specialist & Design Consultant, was a total help to me. She was motivated to help me and found the interchangeable parts that I needed to repair plantation shutters. Tricia was awesome!

Poor customer service and employees didn’t know mwhere items were. Indoor clearance plant rack by returns was mixed in with reg priced plants were. The regular priced plants looked dried and horrible as the clearance plants. wouldn’t give a discount on dying plants like other Home Depot usually will. Just rude workers who didn’t know. All those regular priced plants had to have ended up in the dumpster . Such a waste of care on the plants and a waste of plastic plant pots and waste of piluting the environment. This store needs to give discounts like the other Home Depot’s do. This was the worse Home Depot I have ever been to. Get it together HD on Warner in HB Ca

All the items have labels and easy to find prices, easy to reach and if not people there to help me find them

I have complained multiple times to management at the store and filled out multiple reviews pointing out that the parking lot is continually full of trash and needs regular maintenance. This looks bad from a customer standpoint, and as a neighbor of the store.

Dennis in the plumbing department was a God send. He helped us out so much tonight. He saw that my husband and I were struggling trying to find items for our sink. We needed to find new fittings and a garbage disposal. We didn't even have to ask Dennis, but he came to our aid and helped us find everything we needed. He deserves a raise!!

I was returned 2 blue tarps and provided the digital receipt from my Home Depot App. I was told that if I am not a Home Depot Pro Member, they will not accept the digital receipt. I told the return employee that I am not pro member but I am a member. I was told several time that if I use the digital receipt than how do they know the products are belong to me. At this point I feel that I was insulted and discriminated because the Home Dept treating like I am a thief. I had to give the return employee my Home Depot credit card to prove it was me. This service was unacceptable and the employee need to retrain again.

I have found that the people at the store are very caring and sincere. Their core values are genuine to care about the people they service in the community.

Purchased a new Washer/Dryer and the whole process was quick and easy. Customer service from Melanie was the best!!

Everytime I enter the Home Depot, on Warner/Goldenwest, I am greeted by wonderful staff. From Customer Service to the Garden Shop, where I frequent the most, everyone is friendly and helpful. Anywhere I go in the store there is always someone who will guide me to the proper aisle and help me find what I am looking for. Thank you all for your kindness, caring, and helpfulness.

This 08/19/23 they had the Rain Gear I needed for my Company ( for Storm Hillery was approaching our State of California ) the Rain Gear was out on the Floor and was waiting for us. Home Depot we thank you.

Mason was very helpful! Usually associates will just point or say which aisle the items will be located, instead he walked me to the products I need! Mason made this a positive experience!

I needed Plumbers Dope for a new garden hose according to my plumber who was at the house today for something else. So when I went in, one of your cashiers was kind enough to direct me to YOUR ALL STAR Dennis! Dennis was helping 2 other customers faster than a speeding bullet. Is he a Super Hero? I think so! He was quick to greet me, and when I looking at him like I must be asking the dumbest question EVER asked, he knew exactly what I was talking about, promptly walked me to "Plumbers Dope" and handed it to me in the span of 15 seconds. WHAT SERVICE! Dennis smiled at me, thanked me for shopping and my expected frustration of not finding what I was looking for was immediately squashed. Dennis ROCKS. Give this man a raise!

Aracely in the customer service department is friendly, wants to problem, solve to find solutions, and provide an overall outstanding customer service! The store needs more employees like Araceli!

Last year I was disillusioned by shopping at Home Depot just due to their customer service. However I have been very happy recently with the assistance I have received not only in the store but with online purchases as well

I Have helped with my shower installation, and I probably will go with the Home Depot referral and their excellent price and quality shower tub and door. I was helped with excellent variety of carpeting and prices, I will probably will choose Home Depot.

We have a building maintenance issue and received great service from Eric at Warner Store in HB. He went out of his way to assist with right product and made sure I got all the correct fittings. He walked me over to Ken at Plumbing to make sure all was done right. Ken was very helpful as well! This was after two employees in the store brushed me off. It is Eric’s exceptional attitude and willingness to help made the whole world of difference for our building today! Hooray Eric.
