Very upscale store, friendly staff

Friendly knowledgeable staff that were willing to help. Lots of products and deals on all types of home improvement hardware. All the aisles were labeled clearly so I was able to find everything I was looking for. Store was very clean and products looked nicely stacked. Lots of employees everywhere to assist with any questions about tools or possible home improvement projects. One stop shop

Jessica offered excellent service with a nice smile.................Oh yea - offered a couple bags for Maggie (my dog)

Had a very good experience on my visit to the store, everyone was very helpful in Electrical and Garden. The areas were both clean and organized.

The assistance here in appliances was fabulous! Michael helped us narrow the refrigerator choice down from hundreds to the one we actually needed. He also helped us select the right service plan for our needs. He is so funny and friendly, too. BRAVO!

There was one sweet worker that stand out to me her name was Yolanda so was so sweet and loved her made my day!!!:)

The store was clean, busy and there were enough orange aprons around to get the help that we needed. We were acknowledged promptly, greeted and provided instruction and assistance. Specific Associates: 1.Young man in front got a cart, told me to have the box opened to guarantee no damage to the toilet I was to purchase. Didn't get his name. Wore a sun hat. 2.Tom in plumbing was extremely helpful. He got another cart, loaded the toilet, checked it as I was instructed. Guided us to fencing where he got a cart, measured, loaded and took to the register. He secured Chris' help for loading outside. 3. Cashier Pamela and another cashier very friendly. 4. Chris loaded truck and gave instructions. Great experience indeed. Thanks for the good work.

Beautiful store and well stocked but employee team spirit not present. Management needs to reward team dept with incentives and recognition on a monthly basis to keep everyone engaged and working toward a goal

Patrick is hands down one of the best employees they have on staff. He is knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful. I had a great customer experience and was glad I went to this Home Depot. I was fixing a broken section of my sprinkler system and shopping around for some basic tools. I found what I needed and the store was clean.

The associates in this store are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us find and install a replacement wheel for a hand truck that saved us a lot of time and frustration!

CUSTUMER SERVICE WAS EXELENT

I Bought a drill set that was marked down 179 to 159. After check out, I saw the promo wasn't applied so I went to customer service. Customer service lady says there were issues and the product SHOULD be discounted. She tried to offer me another less valuable discount. Customer service lady was nice but not helpful or straight forward, dishonest at times. I had to return everything and start over. This same exact thing happened the day before on 5/24.. terrible and I may never return to HD.

We found parking easy. Placing our order at doors and windows went smoothly.

If you ever have an issue in this store seek out Jamie at the customer service desk. She will have you leaving with a smile on your face and your problem solved! Give this girl a raise!!!!! You ROCK Jamie! Thanks again!

Helpful employees. Staff always helpful in helping you solve any problems you might have in your home or yard! A big shout out to Tristin who I think should get kudos for always being helpful and having a smile on his face. Thank you for loading 12 bags of rocks in my car and not complaining once!

The store environment was as expected. Employees are helpful and most had great product knowledge. Only critique is the parking lot has a lot of day workers that are hanging around in groups between cars or at the entrance to the parking lot. I dont appreciate the visuals and I go to Home Depot to buy goods not find a worker. Something needs to be done.

I usually do not shop at this store because it seems unorganized, the staff isn't very friendly and the parking lot is dirty. I went here on Sunday to pick up some outlet plates and overheard two older employees talk about the dumb questions from female customers. I was upset to hear this and I won't be back.

Great operation

We are between 2 different home depots. One is a little bit closer and this one is just a little bit farther. We generally choose this one, because the aisles are easy to navigate, parking is easy and the employees are the best at helping answer questions. If you have Pam as your cashier, you will be pleased with how efficient and friendly she is.

The store is clean, well stocked with inventory, and the staff (particularly in the appliance area) are experts with excellent advice.
