I ran into the problem of scanning one of my items at the self-checkout. Grace came to assist me right away and resolve my problem. She is the most helpful cashier I ever met and very friendly as well.

Employees are great! Super helpful and go out of their way to say ‘Yes’! Josiah cut some angle iron for me to an exact length needed for my project. He was exceptional!

Parking is always available. Entrance and exits to store are user/driver friendly. 3 entrances and exits. Store is always clean.

This store has greatly improved from years ago. They seem to recognize that women are homeowners and need the products. The best associates are older. My cashier Mimi made sure I got the help I needed from Jon when the item I needed wasn’t readily available. Wade was very helpful in hardware even telling me which other store had the inventory needed for my project

I want to give the cashier Grace a very nice review. I had some questions about purchasing the right soil for my backyard gardens, and I spoke to Grace and she answered my questions and recommended the Miracle-Gro All Purpose Garden Soil because the solid is nutrient-rich and well-drained. She was so nice and very knowledgeable about the products. Thank you so much for taking care of me Grace! You deserve this 5 star!

I serve in the hospitality industry, and Grace was nothing short of hospitable. She made the process of selecting and purchasing my items from start to finish remarkably informative and easy. Her professionalism and courtesy speak volumes to her dedication to the company and her customers. It is evident she is a valuable asset to the store, and I wish her continued success.

Everything I expect a Home Depot to be, clean, efficient, stocked, with helpful associates, and quick service. As an Electrician, diy-er, and gardener, Home Depot is always my first stop.

Best costumer ever!! I know nothing about building and the staff is always so helpful with my questions when I do my DIY projects. They always laugh with me and probably at me it’s great!

As soon as I walked in, the greeter asked what I needed and directed me to the correct aisle. I needed a new shower head and valve. Carl is the employee who assisted me. He educated me on my options which helped me decide on what I needed. His attentiveness to me, while acknowledging other customers waiting is a very advanced customer service skill that is not experienced anymore. Carl is the man!

I had a great experience today at Home Depot! I needed a filter for my refrigerator which was leaking. It was an old filter and Home Depot did not carry it. However, Jon H. from the plumping department, was a hero. He found me a filter which we could improvise easily! It worked perfectly! THANK YOU JON H. IN PLUMBING......YOU ARE MY HERO!

Every time I have come into this store the customer service has been courteous and attentive to my needs. Recently when I was in the store to purchase a plant as a gift, a young man by the name of Drew in the Garden Department was so helpful. He guided me to the section I was looking for and assisted my with my request. He definitely exemplified good customer service and I will look for him the next time I want to make a purchase.

I think all Home Depot stores are really good to exceptional. The Huntington Beach store #6646 is among the very best.....they have lots of inventory and they have friendly and helpful employees! They are really fantastic on the customer service end for we the consumers!

Usually has whatever I need for home improvements and repairs. The coronavirus has had an impact on supplies and there are some items not available. Just need to check on the internet for availability...in fact on line shopping has been great at Home Depot...I've had numerous order pick ups at this HD location and will use it a lot more in the future...I'd recommend this method of shopping....quick, easy and friendly pick up.

This Home Depot is my favorite. They are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

The salespeople in major appliances were all friendly and efficient, especially Tricia Lamb. My complicated problem was understood by Tricia, and we reached a successful conclusion with her help.

Went in for an outdoor heater. Pamela was wonderful and found one for us. Even had a wonderful young man load it into our car. Thanks Pamela! We will be back!

The store was clean and well maintained. A lot of the cleaning products were not available.

Great store. Always has any product we need.Neat, organized and clean. Differently from the Store located in Santa Ana. They never have what we look for, store is very disorganized. Warner location does a great job. Thank you.
