Up until today…I had all but lost faith in the human race….lol. I ordered a large set of cabinets from the Idaho Falls store and after 2 months they finally arrived, I was very eager to get them installed and finish the job….I loaded them straight from the Frieght truck into my trailer and headed to Island Park where the cabin waiting for them is located….I got there and was going to unload them and return in the morning to install them but something prompted me to open one and make sure it was correct….and it unfortunately was so far from what I had expected I was shocked….so I opened another and the same thing…now by the time I had returned to town the store was closed and I didn’t sleep much on account of the stress, anxiety and anticipation I had for how things could go the next morning when they opened….long story short….THEY HIT A HOME RUN! Tricia the wonderful woman who works in the cabinet department was on point and she wasn’t going to rest until things were right! She went the extra 100 miles for sure! She got who she needed to as far as supervisors and management right away and they worked together to get things taken care of and to figure out the best solution and quickest way to do so! I honestly was so impressed that rather than play the blame game (like I have seen many do in situations like these) they worked together and never once did they point fingers, they just took care of me like I was the top priority! I am not the guy that will find the time to write a review for even above average service but this just impressed me and the Idaho Falls team has earned my utmost respect! They helped turn a really bad day/week right around and didn’t even blink! Thank you all that helped, especially Tricia for staying late and making sure everything was covered! Thank you Yvonne for such patients which my extensive return situation all while the customer service line was almost out the door, thanks Matt for getting the things down from up high so quickly and Barry the assistant manager for making sure things went as smoothly as possible! You all kick butt!

I wish I would have purchased a couple more rolls of insulation. I will return and buy them. Until that point, my task lies incomplete

We were not helped while in the store nor were we approached and asked if we needed help, but when we checked out our cashier - Jackie was wonderful, kind and helpful.

I go to The Home Depot at least twice a week and I love this Store and the staff. The store is always clean and organized and the staff are helpful and friendly.

As a Home Depot customer, I was super impressed with RYAN who works in HARDWARE. Customers who meet RYAN and are helped by him are very lucky as they will be given the best possible advice.

They are so friendly, curtious, & quick at helping get what you need so you can get in, get out, & back to work!!

I used to get embarrassed when my mom would complain about bad customer service but now I understand. It seems to be the norm to have to search for someone to help in stores and if you do find someone they point you in a direction or are clueless and go back to what ever they were doing- although some people here did that when I met Jordan and Dan my day got MUCH BETTER!! They both are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in ways that were above and beyond!! I’ll always go here hoping to find them- they made my day and made it a joy to shop at Home Depot in Idaho Falls!!

Activity excites me! I walk into Home Depot and I start to imagine and create. I do not know how to remodel correct, but, the store has what I need to build that dream.

I had an old sprinkler manifold break and headed to the Home Depot because they had the piece I thought I needed. I did bring the old manifold in with me. When I arrived, I soon realized the item I wanted was not goint to fit my needs, then entered Matthew. He looked at my old manifold and began to piece together the items I would need to replace it. He took the time to make sure I understood how to assemble it and what to do if I needed to return anything. The customer service I received on a Memorial Day Weekend was incredible. Thank you, Matthew and Home Depot.

They do not deliver on dates that are advertised. They have a million excuses...if they can even find your order. If it's not physically in there store, don't bother buying it online.

Went there to get stepping stones, couldn't get anyone to help us load them into the cart. Two young girls came by and could only say "Would've been easier if they were on a pallet." They must've thought we were idiots because we were told to get them off the shelf rather than in the yard. Then one of the girls handed the job of loading them into our truck to a nice gentleman who knows what the word WORK means. Thank you Jimmie!! This isn't the first time that an employee couldn't be found to help out. It happens all the time in this store.

I went to the other large home improvement store nether items I purchased at Homedepot were in stock

We bought a fridge from Home Depot in Idaho Falls, I had to change my order from standard to counter depth. It was easily done and it was delivered within a week.

I've bought everything from tools to hardware, lumber, paint you name it. Always happy with the selection of products and inventory, topped by good customer service.

I needed some lumber for a book case. You guys had what I needed. The employees and shoppers here in Idaho Falls are all happy to help and lend a smile. I love it here.

The Idaho falls store is very well stocked and the customer service representatives can not be beat. Great overall place to shop to get things done. I really think you need to change your slogan. We are "ones" and we are "doers" but most of all we are "people". With what you have in stock and the way the country is, you're Slogan should say "WHERE WE THE PEOPLE GET MORE DONE". Kind of makes a better all around statement!

I have shopped at several store in my lifetime. Home Depot in Idaho Falls is by far the best overall store around. A person can't ask for better customer service, everyone I have met always goes out of their way to help you. Everything and anything your looking for they seem to have it in stock. VERY VERY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WELL MAINTAINED STORE

I tried to pay $44 with a $100 at Pro checkout bill and told to go to self checkout because they didn't have change.

Overall my experience with this particular Home Depot has been incredible , from the management staff to the cashiers . They extend their help and knowledge and always help me find what I need .

Got a good price on the stove we bought hopefully the review I read don't happen, if they do we did purchase the insurance. Other than that excited to use our new stove.
