I had the pleasure of going through Bobbie's register today! She was very nice and made me smile!

The Home Depot employees made us carry our Christmas tree into the store to purchase it, then over to have it cut, then back over to the cashier to wait for somebody to help us load it onto our car, only then for him never to show up, and I ended up having to load the tree onto our car myself. I have a bad back and bad knees. Add to that, the kid who cut our Christmas tree told me I had to lift the tree onto the cutting area myself, then he intentionally cut it at an angle. When I asked him for help loading it onto my car, he told me he couldn't do it. So I asked him if there was somebody else that could help me and he said yes, but that he doesn't have his radio he can't call anyone for help for me, so I would need to walk the tree back over to the cashier and ask him for help instead, which also turned out to be a bust. I have never had a more despicable experience at Home Depot. Nobody there cared at all about me and my family, and nobody wanted to help us. Nobody at Home Depot offered any help, despite the obvious pain I was in trying to lift and carry the Christmas tree. I cannot see myself ever returning to Home Depot after this experience.

The store was very busy but there were several employees available to answer questions or help find an item.

Blaine, the elderly gentleman, was proficiently knowledgeable and helpful in giving advise and know how; while others said " I don't know..."!!!! He deserves a Raise!!

I had a very good day at Home Depot. The Pro Desk saved me time and made sure I got everything I needed to finish my project without having to make two trips

I have run into one of the store employees often and he has always been very knowledgeable of not only items in stock and available but also which ones would best suit the project I’m working on. He has made shopping much easier! His name is Dale, and He used to work mostly in the paint dept.

All of the staff that I talked to were very kind and quick to help me.

I used to enjoy shopping at The Home Depot in Idaho Falls. They used to have top notch customer service. Apparently the people that shop at this store aren't worth helping now. I only go to this store when I can't find what I need at Lowe now. Would NOT recommend!

The store is always clean and organized well. the employees are all very nice. One cashier in the lumber department came over to help us. the prices online didn't match in store and she was very quick to fix it. Our cashier Blaine was very nice. We have been doing house and garden projects for months now, and I am very pleased every time we go to the home depot. They don't always have everything that we need, but we can usually get most of the things we need there. The website makes it easy to check what they have and is very easy to use. . when we needed drywall or lumber that was on a higher shelf, the associates were quick to help and very friendly.

There’s so many people not wanting to work it’s hard to find help in the isles. Some of the employees need to bone up on their training, and learn their product so the customer has some direction on things they do not know. I really enjoy the store I think he has great potential. The staff is friendly the store is a little cluttered in the aisles with carts and stock. The product lines they have there are quality like the Ryobi brand their major appliances, paints and flooring, As well as their gas power equipment.

The cashiers at the service desks are super helpful and knowledgeable, specifically an employee named Justin. He helped me with a return tonight and I really appreciate his patience and understanding. He was quick too.

That which I purchased accomplishes the tasks I need it too.

Materials and fixtures to renavate our home.

This store has been hit hard by a tornado and a train ran through the back at the same time. Super unfortunate the huge mess it made. I have to admit the associates provided great service, but seems like they need to have a crew come in and clean this place up. So much stuff in the isles and walking paths. I would have to imagine they have tons of customers file injury claims from tripping on merchandise. I love Home Depot, as they have great products, really good customer services, but wow this store is a literal train reck. Clean it Up Please and Thank You!!

We took some paint chips in and they matched them exactly.

From my experience shopping here many times for my home improvement needs I have never been disappointed by the quality of customer care. I feel that if I ask any employee for help in any department they are willing to and capable of helping with all of my questions or needs- even if they do not work in that department! I love shopping here!

We went in to by a fridge and Alicia was very helpful and knowledgeable about the applinances.

Unfortunately, as with many retailers, customer service has gone by the wayside. So many times, the store has inattentive employees, the "returns" staff are unfriendly, the cleaning crews push brooms around and don't pay attention to customers right in front of them, by which they create a hazard. The store has so much inventory packed into the aisles, and it becomes an obstacle course. Really wish people were more "people" oriented in the store.

We hate your new check out procedure. The clerks are rude and act harassed if you ask for help. Don't treat law abiding customers like criminals. Paint section is a mess too.

I went to purchase a grill for a present. Couldn’t find help. When I saw someone he was rude and angry, said he would be right back and never came back asked cust service to page someone and they helped someone else and disappeared ended up calling the store (from within the store) asked for manger. Got someone to help He said someone would put it in my vehicle and tie it down. The kid put it just past the tailgate and left. I went somewhere else and bought tiedowns and spent over a hour doing it myself. I am not saying they should have done everything but they could have been more helpful

I helped my neighbor get some wood slats for her bed and everyone helped me make sure I got exactly what I needed. Seems like a simplistic purchase but for a 62 year old lady whose late husband handled everything like this..... it was a BIG DEAL! Your employees were so kind and helpful! Thank you for making my experience an easy one!

This time was an awesome experience. We were able to get almost everything on the list. If we couldn't find something, due to manufacturing shortages, then the employees made suggestions. That way the project could be completed. My husband likes to know the correct way of things and will ask a lot of questions. I am glad the employees were knowledgeable and patient. Living a distance from the store worries us about leaving without what we truly need. It is not always convenient to run to the HOME DEPOT for us. So we were glad to understand all the parts of our project and needs before we left.

Went to the store to buy a timer switch for an outside light. Great service to find just what I needed, and cashier was very friendly and helpful.
