I went to this store on 2 separate occasions. I will be going back to fix an accounting issue. However, from my 2 visits, in the afternoon, to me it seems that the employees dreed their jobs. I made it a point to walk from end to end in the store, and even with the energy-efficient LED lights it looked grim. I had a hard time finding a department associate to help me, timed it took 25 min. While walking from end to end of the store I noticed a lady looking at toolboxes at 2 different ends of the store. She didn't appear to know what to get. Since I was with my family I quickly showed her the one she was looking at had soft close drawers. I didn't want to mansplain so I quickly left. All in all, if you're an introvert, or your just going to grab items this store is for you. If you want advice or going for big-ticket items I suggest their off hours.

We had a lot of help from 3 employees on a Saturday afternoon! The 2 guys in lumber went above standards of customer service and got us out of a major jam. Can't thank the crew enough!! Thank you!!

In my estimation, the staff at Idaho Falls Home Depot, having used HD in Utah, AZ, Cal. and Idaho, believe we have the best in this store. The most knowledgable, helpful, courteous, and kind.

Beyond Bright Ultra lights bought several. amazing lighting when doing detailed work in the shop , Will now buy one for our daughter's garage for her Birthday this month

We just bought an upright garage freezer for about 1K. We bought the 3 year service plan and I was impressed with the extent of coverage. For example, the plan even covers spoiled food should the freezer fail. It's a GE model FUF21QRRAWW. We haven't yet plugged it in but the build looks good. It was made in Thailand.

Stanley was personable and informative and a joy to see instead of dead operating machines.

I have to repaint now and with some one else's paint.

the products stand for themselves. employees like Sarah (cashier) make the shopping fun.

I broke the handle off of my shop door this morning and needed a sturdy replacement. The Depot delivered. Sarah helped me get checked out quickly and on my way.

I walked in the store with the intention to purchase all new kitchen appliances after already doing my own research. Marty was able to answer all of my questions that the first associate was not able to. He was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, and attentive to the details of the products. I would 10/10 recommend going to him for appliance questions.

I go to Home Depot regularly, but in going to this particular store, I was able to meet such wonderful employees who were there to help me get what I needed and directed me to where I could go to get items not available at the store. From the moment we arrived, there were such kind and helpful people and this was on Black Friday! Stanley was an employee that was extremely patient with me and allowing me the time to review my purchases prior to paying for them. I would recommend this store-Way too bad I don’t live close enough to shop at this store regularly, because I would!

Sales associate at the self checkout was extremely professional and helpful. She was getting pulled in a million directions yet still maintained her great attitude and was amazing at multitasking and making sure every customer was adequately assisted!

The Idaho Falls store has an excellent selection of business and home electrical construction needs, and two of the electrical salesman are extremely knowledgeable!

the last 4 times I went into store in the last week employees were to busy talking to one another then to help customers this is not an isolated incident!

Awesome check out experience with Julie. Super nice and accommodating. Hard to find employees sometimes so I wonder if there is some short staffing issues. Nevertheless i found or got help finding everything I needed. Appreciate how hard you all are working. Times are hard right now so the fact that you're all there and helping out is much appreciated!!

After having a bad experience at another home supply store I was pleasantly surprised with the help I received from Tim. He was more than happy to help me above and beyond what I had asked for.

This store consistently has disorganized aisles and floor space. They frequently close several aisles off during peak shopping times, interfering with customers' ability to navigate the store. Employees who feel it necessary to inconvenience customers then make it a point to treat customers poorly and as if they are a problem for shopping at the store.

This is my go to store for all my home repair, remodeling and lawn care products in Idaho Falls. The layout of the store is very customer friendly and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They also have the best installation contractors.

Every time we go in, the whole staff is super upbeat and friendly!

Five stars because of Zachary Tyler and Julie Schramko made our visit pleasant with their friendly customer service and willingness to hold their checkout lane open with a smile!

Sadly, the worst Home Depot experience I’ve ever had. Tool area was cluttered with giant ladders, couldn’t even get by with my cart. Not enough help in tool area. All the tools were locked up, couldn’t compare them by reading boxes. Shelves were bare. Store needs more help. Sad.

Great store. Knowledgeable staff. What need in stock. Competitive pricing. Good place to shop!
