The Jackson store is well managed and the staff is well trained.

I ordered storm door and installation. I had questions regarding add one to basic install but neither HD nor installment company (Bottoms Up Contracting) "owned" the quote and could provide it to the customer who had paid for it. I no longer trust HD will be my advocate in the installation process when using their contracted installers.

this store is a great place to shop...friendly service and sooo helpful. Only place for me!! Great job Home Depot..

Excellent service from Kristen in the paint department, A lady out on the floor checking availability and prices on refrigerators, And the gals at the pro desk!

Behr paint at Home Depot is great paint, and I like using Behr Pro for a less expensive option. It comes in 'Dead Flat' which I prefer on my walls. Casey in the paint dept is exceptional, and the entire store staff is very friendly.

Sales Associate Kayla C. Helped us find the chain link fence ties we were looking for. She didn't even hesitate to help out.

Outstanding professionalism and service! Tori in appliances knew her stuff about all the appliances.Not just refrigerators. Made us feel so much better about buying four appliances today. It was a pleasant change from the usual “I don’t know” from other big box stores. Great place to shop for appliances.

I love the rolling Tool Box as it allows me to transport & have more available tools with the least amount of effort.

I have never had a negative experience at the Jackson, Michigan, Home Depot. In any department, interactions with employees through the years have been positive, helpful, friendly, with smiles and enthusiasm! When in Jackson, I always choose the Home Depot as my place to go for home and garden items. Thank you.

I’ve always liked the fact that I could pick up lumber inside the store rather than going to an outside lot but on my last trip added another reason to like the store. I dropped several $100 bills out of my pocket when paying. Upon discovering the loss over an hour later I called the store. The cashier was holding the money for me. She had found it shortly after I had left her lane but couldn’t find me in the lot. I’m very impressed by the honesty and helpfulness of the associates.

Store looked great. Manager Glen, Joe in Lumber and cashier Maegan were all friendly and helpful.

People were nice and employees were respectful and curtious. They were also very helpful.

I highly recommend the Home Depot in Jackson, MI - there are incredibly helpful and go that extra step to make you get you need and all the information you need to use it or do that project!!
