To all home improvement shoppers. Want to have EXCELLENT Customer Service? Shop at Home Depot, Jackson, Mi From the time you enter the store all employees will acknowledge you and ask if you need help finding something? How refreshing to hear that instead of " I don't work in that dept".

The employees are friendly and are great with helping you to figure out the logistics of a project - even if you are not exactly sure of all the steps. They listen to ideas, help to figure out when it is viable, and then help to find all of the things needed! Anna, in particular, was so helpful while I was there trying to figure out what I needed. I specifically chose to go to Home Depot over any other store in the area because I knew they would help me brainstorm if I needed it.

The employees are all very helpful one of the best Home depot I every deal with.

What can you say about home Depot that isn't already said as soon as you walk in the entrance. They're friendly courteous and go out of their way to help you I know it's their job but I rate home Depot number one among home improvement stores. My home store is in Jackson Michigan I frequent the store quite often so I know a lot of the faces. Very helpful all the time never once had a bad experience at this store or any home Depot store for that matter. Keep up the Great work.

Whenever I shop at Home Depot I am Greeted and if I have a question. I'm assisted and they will even go out of their way to direct me to where the item, I'm looking for and assist me in finding the item. Most everyone seems very friendly and helpful. The Store is always very clean and everything in this place

If you have any questions regarding paint, Alan in the paint department is very courteous and knowledgeable. The best customer service experience in a long time.

Employees at this store are very friendly and helpful. Adrienne and Annette are amazing and if you want to remodel your kitchen, bath, etc they both can help! Adrienne took lots of time to go over my new plans and got me the best price possible for my new kitchen! They are short staffed in that department so please have patience if you have to stand there. Casey in paints is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I brought in samples of my countertops, cabinets, flooring and backsplash and she came up with 3 colors for me to choose from. Lots of selections and good pricing.

Employees, even understaffed, are friendly, knowledgeable and are willing to help and answer questions and even make suggestions. If you have to wait in line please be respectful of those employees, they are doing the best they can under these circumstances. If I was trying to find something and stopped an employee, they led me right to what I needed and it might not have been their department

The employees I’ve worked with are very knowledgeable and friendly and are genuinely happy to help you. We’ve shopped at a closer Home Depot and they’re not friendly and won’t wait on us. They are under staffed so please show courtesy when waiting for them to help you
