Store was clean and the workers were nice and helpful.

Very helpful place for fixing or remodeling or even just grabbing a few things to decorate.

I've been looking for a utility trailer and ended up here. They had the inventory no one else seemed to have. They had several to choose from. Both the associate in the Garden area and the associate from Hardware that had to assist me in my purchase were very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

The folks here seem genuinely interested in helping other customers with their issues. Thank you, Home Depot people, for taking the time to answer my questions, to stop what you were doing to help me out of a jam, saving me a bit of time. I appreciate you!

Manager Glen is not a good manager refused to compensate me for my issues so I requested my money back

The associate Chase at the service desk was so helpful. This kind of customer service will bring us here first in the future.

The lawnmower select was limited at best, but that is to be expected this time of year. We had to talk to four different associates none of which knew what promotions were going on currently. There was an old sign out about 0% financing that expired two days ago misleading anyone who looked at the mowers. I called the credit card 800 number to inquire about the limitations of the promotion. The first time I was told a certain number for each financing options, then I called back and was told that the financing options did not exist and never had. We spent an hour trying to figure out the financing options, only to finally have someone confirm that it was not the financing we wanted (or that was advertised). The cashier who was not properly listed on the receipt was rude to say the least, I will not be shopping there any time in the near future, in fact as soon as we are ready to start remodeling our home I will not be returning here. The customer server left much to be desired and about the only thing that they had going for them is that the store was clean.

The employees here are great!! They know the store and are willing to go above and beyond to help you find what you need.

My local Home Depot is awesome. All the staff are professional yet friendly. They are always willing to assist and help their customers. Our cashier today was Emily. She is quick, friendly and very helpful. I love my local Home Depot!

I visited Home Depot this morning, the Saturday before Memorial Day. The store was busy. I went to buy a weed whip that was battery powered and easy to handle. I found a Ryobi and asked an older gentleman to help me. We read the outside info and determined that the one in my cart would work for me. At the front of the store I found a Ryobi display of batteries and a special promotion. If the 2 pack was purchased, I could get a free tool. I talked to two guys and they helped me. I wanted to know if I bought the two pack of batteries, could I take the tool home today? Yes, I could! I then met a young lady, Autumn. She looked up stuff one her phone, walked me to the single pack batteries to compare prices and walked back to the display chatting and asking helpful questions. :) At the checkout Barb helped me use a discount and was very sweet. All in all, it was an awesome experience!! I will be going to Home Depot first from now on, I was very impressed how much they helped on such a busy day!!

This is the third garden center/greenhouse I went to today in Jackson looking for what I wanted. I should have started here. They had everything and at affordable prices!

Brandon from the lumber department was extremely helpful. The store was busy. Brandon took the time to help me and I felt he was not trying to rush me.

I do not recommend this store for major purchases or work. I spent 7 months trying to get a stove that was not damaged. Don't even think anyone is going to care. They spent 7 months shifting responsibility. They were friendly, apologetic, but totally ineffective. It was more than a bit frustrating. Corporate was no better.

Have an ongoing paint project in my home. When I first went into this store a couple of weeks ago, I wasn't sure which items I would need (other than the paint, of course). The two women in the Paint Department were more than helpful with their suggestions. They took their time with me, and made me feel like a valued customer. I feel very confident in their expertise. Thank you for your helpful suggestions.
