Ms. Sandy is an amazing employee. She was helpful, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. This is the first time in a long time someone actually approached me to see if I needed help. She should be rewarded for her outstanding customer service.

Whenever I need assistance there is always someone there to help me and they do it with a positive attitude.

The Oakleaf Home Depot is extremely clean, the employees are considerate and helpful. Once last year I needed a hand pump siphon to work for project or apparatus to drain water off a patio roof. The assistant Home Depot employee helped me look up online for the store location of the hand pump, but when we got to the location we found the product was discontinued and I think the employee's name was David. He helped consider other pumps and he even took my c/p # i case he located the hand pump I needed to work for my project.

It is always a good place to go to get my products. If they don't have it on stock, they would find which store has it. they are always helpful and they greet you with smile.

Home Depot has always been my favorite store in-home appliances. Any floor design or any home future projects, I visited home depot. The atmosphere is great and the people are friendly.

Lisa in the paint department is the real deal, she was super helpful, professional, friendly and went above and beyond my expectations for what I asked her to do for me. She deserves a raise in my opinion

They have no help in returns. The line is always long and most times there is no one behind the register. The run back and forth between returns and customer service. They don’t care about the customers time. Just pack a lunch and wait!

This is by far the best location in all of the Home Depot’s I’ve been. I’m never frustrated in this location. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Never need to look far for an associate to assist me.

Sheba is a fantastic employee. She helped me find about 6 items. Took her time. If she didn’t know we went that dept to get the answer. Went above and beyond!

Only self checkout lanes are open and 5 or more employees are up front watching me figure out what to do. I'm here to buy products, not work. You have trained cashiers, use them.

I have never had service at any Home Depot like I’ve had here at the oakleaf location. Jaylen made our day! We looked at so many locations for spray paint and Jaylen came to our rescue! We were so excited he found it and saved the project that we took a selfie to send to our friend. When he saw what we were doing he said hey! Let me get in that! Took a selfie with us! So silly but he went way above and beyond for us. Such a delight.
