Great store to get what you need. Store associates are helpful and courteous.

I would like to say I called with a problem, I thought it was a problem. And I talked to the manager, Leatha and she took her time with me and I found out it wasn't a biggie after all.

Best workers around. Very helpful and professional. They treat ladies like their not stupid.

I really like this store and it is convenient to my house. But it seems like almost every time I go there I can't get an employee to help find what I'm looking for.

Reasonable prices, employees willing to help, most items ship to store is free.

On 2 days I took off to receive delivery. Neither day did I receive call, they were a no show after I had already waited weeks for the item. Then they scheduled me for a 3 day which wasn't the day discussed and during a time I cannot be home and they were advised of this. I can't get my time or lost money from work back.

The store is always in good shape and has what I need. If I need help someone they will take the time to show me where I can find it or tell me how to use it.

I had a very rude and unhelpful associate assisting me behind the paint counter, Kathy. I suggest if you see her, to ask somebody else, she will not be willing to kindly help you find what you are looking for. I came in looking for a BEHR paint, and asked her if I should use a deep base, or a medium base for what I was painting, and she said “none, neither”, so I asked which one would work, and she said “well neither of these will” and so I asked what I should get, and she said “I’ll go get it for you”, never informing me of the price, coating, or base, and when she brought it back, she never showed me which one it was, just stuck it straight in the machine. When I asked her which one it was, she had picked out a Glidden - all on her own, without my consent - and so I told her I wanted a BEHR product, and she finally pointed out the right one that would work, and when I told her that I didn’t want the Glidden one, she sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes, as if I had wasted her time on something SHE picked out, not I. While she was mixing those, I went to look for a quart of paint for a separate project, and when I came back with the quart, asking for a specific color on that quart, she sucked her teeth again and gave me a rude look, and asked “Is that all you want?” very rude and disrespectfully. Again, making me feel like I’m wasting her time, when there wasn’t even a line in the paint department, I was her only costumer. OVERALL, she helped me find the products I wanted, but not after wasting a gallon of paint, and not after a lot of disrespectful and rude remarks aimed towards me. I will not be shopping here again.

I just want to say that the employees at this store seem to be much more helpful and friendlier than those at the Wells Rd. store. Sheba especially went above and beyond for me right before closing, Thanksgiving week. I wanted to hug her because of how much she helped me. If it wasn't so far out of my way, I'd make this my permanent store.

Was a little put out by almost every employee putting up Christmas displays and closing off aisles. Please, put up displays in the evening hours or after hours.

I not only found what I needed but the associate was extremely helpful. This store is always clean and even has disposable masks in case someone forgets to bring theirs.

The associates at this store really help make every shopping trip I have pleasant. It is clean and laid out well. I had no issues finding the products I was looking for. I got assistance from the employees easily when I needed to. This is by far my favorite Home Depot location.

Had a cashier named Jennessie that was running a register and was on her cell phone face timing someone. I asked her if she would like for me to get into another line so she could finish her call because I knew she was not going to be able to treat me like a customer. I told her I was uncomfortable doing my transaction especially entering my credit card while I am able to see who she was talking to, so I knew they could see me. So. I took a picture of her so that I could hopefully share it with Mgmt at this location and she lost her temper and it got loud and ugly. I asked another cashier to call someone in mgnt . I shared my side with them and told them I thought what she was doing was extremely rude .

every time we come to this location we can never get proper assistance no one listens to what you're actually asking of them they are very short with you quick to walk away from you and we had to wait 2 hours to purchase a vanity because everyone took their sweet time locating the vanity and bringing it to the front to be purchased i hate coming to this location i drive 20 minutes to the other side of town just so I don't have to come here and unfortunately I am remodeling my home so I have to come to home depot their prices are great but customer service is trash!

Out of the two locations, Middleburg and Oakleaf, both are close to home. But I go to this Oakleaf location more because of the good experience with store employees. I've bought a washer, dishwasher, paints, electrical products, and next will be flooring. I would highly recommend this particular location.

BARBARA, a cashier, is my HERO. She went out of the way to assist the gentleman ahead of me with securing assistance to load his heavy purchase in his vehicle. The gentleman was elderly and was struggling with his cart. Barbara first looked around for staff assistance but none was found. She then when out the front door to secure store assistance for the customer. She was plesant to me and very accomodating to the customer in need. Barbara is my HERO!!!

The staff at the Argyle Store location were very professional and helpful and all wore masks. Store was clean and staff assisted in helping me find my items, which made my visit short and sweet.
