After walking out of another, similar store because we couldn't find anyone to help us, we were very happy with our experience at this Home Depot. We had waited too long to get our supplies and now had less than a week to get everything. We were greeted immediately by a salesman. No pressure, just asking if we needed help. He was knowledgeable, professional and so very helpful. He helped us pull together what we needed to remodel our bathroom. He went from wall tile to flooring to vanities to fixtures... with us, always making sure they had what we needed in stock.

Tammy was absolutely GREAT in the appliance department! She was very knowledgeable about the washing machines and spent a lot of time researching various machines to see which had the soonest delivery with the features I was looking for. I decided to buy a machine slightly different than I wanted because The Home Depot was out of stock, however Tammy’s customer service kept me at the store instead of going back to another store across the street where I had just checked and they had the exact machine I wanted for the same price, but poorer customer service.

Very good location, rarely cannot find something I want but the employees make it a satisfying shopping experience. Also food and other retail stores are near by including Sam’s Store.

Love the Janesville Home Depot store!

This is a Great Store to shop at or even get Ideas we make purchases often we even know one of the Managers by Name John and he Knows us. all the departments are great I have ordered online this year do to Covid I hope they stay in business I worried about them but I am glad to see they are doing good There are great employees Like Ann we bought two refridgerators from her one for down stairs and now one for my Kitchen soon I hope to get new counters

The staff here have been very helpful over the past several months. I ordered a custom door that the manufacturer could not seem to get right. The Home Depot staff were amazing throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond every step of the way to make this crap situation easier for me. I would 100% recommend this store but will probably not order from that manufacturer in the future.

I went there today to purchase a white pine tree to plant in my yard. While looking at the trees outside I asked an employee to help me with the purchase. They instructed me to go to the garden center checkout and I could pay for it there and get help loading it in my vehicle. I waited in a long line with only one line open, when I got to the cashier and stated what the other employee had instructed me to do, she got visibly upset and frustrated and told me I would have to go get the tag and get back in line. I said to her I had waited a good while already and asked if someone could just bring it to the cashier. Cashier “Claudia” slammed her cordless phone down on cashier station and threw a tantrum like my four year old would. I was extremely shocked by her response. At that time I asked for a store manager to come talk to me. She immediately changed her tune with the next customers in line. I wasn’t at all rude with her and did not engage her. She did not apologize. The manager came and apologized for her actions and finished the transaction with me. The manager stated he would deal with her behavior. I expressed I would fill out my customer survey accordingly. This is no way to treat a customer, especially when I was nothing but pleasant in any request I made. Will not return to this store and maybe not return to Home Depot If they allow employee behavior like this to be tolerated.

I have never had a bad experience in this store. People are helpful and kind. That is why I gave this store a high rating. The only problem I have is check out. It would be nice I'd customer service was in the middle up front and there was a check out at both ends. With bulk checkout at the overhang end and quick checkout at ma in entrance. Otherwise very satisfied.

Big Ron helped us load 200 pavers that my wife could have never done. Penny Coppers in the flower and garden part has helped us more times than I can count. And John Hindert took the time to find me windows my size that were nowhere to be found anywhere else. Great place!

The store supervisor at the time, Cristy, was absolutely out of line in how she treated me and her associates. We were checking out late, and for some reason it would not accept my check. I have used checks many times here. But tonight it would not work. I was not angry, but a little taken aback. The cashier and other associate helping me, Kristie and Trent were very thoughtful in trying to find a solution. Cristy, the supervisor kept repeating "There is nothing I can do!" Getting more irritated by the word. I finally said to her, I get that, but I have a large order what could we do and she does not need to be defensive as I know she is not personally denying my check. She threw her hands up and stormed off. The other two associates and I stood there in shock. The cashier said well maybe we could apply for the credit card? I agreed. Kristie the cashier and Trent were very kind and helpful. They sincerely understood how frustrating this was with such a large order. Kristie even said "well on the bright side we saved $50." Trent and Kristie deserve recognition for how well they handled the entire situation. However, making two younger associates work under such a disgusting attitude of a supervisor is disgraceful. I have always appreciated how helpful most home depot employees have been. I almost want to find another home improvement store because supporting this type of employee is very upsetting. Cristy, supervisor should not be working with customers or over employees. This is a sure way to crush the spirit of the young workforce. Home Depot should be ashamed of letting such a person be in an supervisory position.

Zach was so helpful! My boyfriend and I went into the store to buy carpet for three bedrooms in our house. He immediately greeted and helped us. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was there for us for the entire process and didn’t pressure us at all. I would highly recommend him and all his help!

Home depot is the perfect place for when your stimulus drops and you have a sudden urge to buy every succulent you see.

If you need assistance and can get store employee Cameron to assist you, do it! His customer service skills are top notch. He made up for all the rude employees I've encountered here in the past.

I was surprised the freezer I wanted while on display was not available for pick up and delivery is 2 weeks away. Had this been an emergency situation, I would have had to go to another store
