I went into the store to buy a Dyson and came out with a Dyson and a new friend named Jamina. She was a ray of sunshine! Just a fantastic employee!

Jamina is by far the most friendly employee I have met at this store! She is just fantastic! I hope she becomes a store manager she deserves it!

It's a clean & spacious store with curteous employees.They have more choices and good sales. We shop there for our plants & vegetables for summer.

I went to Home Depot to purchase a new washer. I was very pleased with the salesperson Ashley Filichia as she was able to answer my questions and help order the washer and make arrangements. The store is clean and all the employees were helpful.

This store has very friendly and helpful employees! Home Depot always seems to have exactly what I need for any job I am doing! Home Depot is definitely a "cut" above the rest!!!!

I hardly know where to start. I've never been to this HD before, and I was totally wowed. The entire store was clean; from the entryway to the bathrooms to the nooks and crannies. You could find a friendly face in every department, ready to help but not pestering you. It was easy to find your way around as the store was well lit with legible signage throughout. Prices were about a dollar cheaper than the home improvement store I usually shop at. Couldn't find one thing wrong, and I was looking!

Great experience at this store. We are remodeling our farmhouse kitchen and have so many decisions to make. Sue Frohling, design consultant at the kitchen department- was very insightful and spent a good amount of time answering our questions and giving advice. The associates at the paint department, the cashiers and the guys who helped load our purchases, were courteous and helpful. Overall, very satisfied with our multiple visits to this store. Keep up the good work!

We are always able to find what we are looking for, often with the assistance of the great associates that work at this store. Prices are often competitive and better than store competitors.

Alan was superb in helping me get my tree!! I was worried I would not be able to do it on my own, but it was no problem with his help!!

I really like to shop at this store but the signage is really bad. Sale items are marked incorrectly or not marked at all

The store is a nice place, once I was assisted the store employee was pleasant. She did not order the correct parts and I am still waiting weeks later for the full installation.

The great thing about this store is an employee named Ron. They call him (big Ron). If you need assistance, he is the one to ask for. Others in the store are not as helpful. The guys working at the customer service desk are also very helpful. I don't know their names. Lots of stuff in the aisles make it hard to get to the products.

We ordered a Tuff Shed from this Home Depot and Zach was so helpful. We went in with so many questions and he answered every one with kindness and patience, as he was very knowledgeable about the product. We would definitely shop there again.

Bree and Tyler in the paint department never fail to rise to any challenge. They are masters at correctly matching colors.

Janesville Home Depot is my favorite store. My husband laughs when I say this. The choices for home repairs redecorating or plants are the best I've seen in the area. The store is always clean and neat, items are easy to locate, plus the customer service is always helpful and pleasant.

I had purchased a washing machine and had challenges, needing an exchange. Joe was not only very helpful he was also knowledgeable which gave this customer assurances and excellent customer service!

Great display of appliances...neat and orderly. We purchased appliances last year and everything went well. So when we needed a new washer and dryer, we returned to Joe at Home Depot. He was knowledgeable and efficient....very friendly and thorough. Our LG’s are arriving on Thursday.

Good shopping experience.Found what I was looking for without help. Store was well organized and clean ! Also, never know what you may find at a great price. I will visit again !

I would recommend this store if you want to shop and receive NO help whatsoever! I entered store and went to use a push cart for a heavy purchase (lawn mower) I was told by 2 employees I could not use THAT cart it was for 'curb side' pickup only. I had to search for a cart for about 5 minutes. No one was in the area of the lawn mowers when I returned (except the curb side pick up guys) but they offered no help so I loaded it on the cart myself. The only other thing I wanted had a pallet in the way and I had to move the pallet to get that item. I went thru the self checkout so no help there. When I got out in the lot I was attempting to load the item in my truck and recieved assitance there from another customer. So a great place to shop if you don't want and employees to help you!
