Was impressed with the efforts of Service Desk to resolve problems ordering an item that was not in stock.

Zane (or Zander) in lumber is competent, hardworking and pleasant. Really appreciate employees like him.

A little more energy put towards the front of house staff. I walked in with an associate hollering about how many minutes were left rather than asking how they could help me quickly and efficiently. One can still mention the closing time without shouting it at the back of my head.

We needed LVP flooring and we were educated regarding the thickness and warranties of the products we were interested in buying. Very glad Sandy helped us! We would have bought something that would not have lasted for what we need!

This was by far my best experience at Home Depot. Bought a new fridge and Katie provide EXCELLENT service and insight. Thanks Katie.

Everyone was amazing and friendly had an amazing experience with the cashier as we were dealing with difficulties with our Home Depot card. He was very patient friendly he did phenomenal.

Each time I have gone into this Home Depot location, I am always treated with kindness. Especially Dan W, he is a great person, always goes out of his way to make sure that I find everything that I need.

We have bought Redwood picket fences from Home Depot in the past. It is the only store that carries this particular item in Kalispell and it is cheaply priced. The quality of this fence is very strong and very good and we are very happy with the service of the staff and the items we purchased.

I visited Home Depot today and I was impressed by more than one employee that helped me find exactly what I needed. And their stock has improved over the past few months.

We all know that good help is hard to find especially here in the Flathead valley. Getting good service is becoming more difficult than ever before. I recently had an experience at the Home Depot where a gal by the name of Zoe offered me assistance checking out. Not only was she helpful and efficient, but she was in a part of the store, where she probably didn’t even need to walk over to a cash register and help me yet she did. Saving me time and The frustration of using self check out. It’s people like Zoey that make the Flathead valley great

Went searching for electrical parts to fix my lamps. Was in the store over an hour perusing the aisles. Absolutely no one asked me if I needed help! And this happens every time I go in! The guys walk right past me and act like they’re busy, with their heads down or looking far off, with no eye contact. They aren’t busy and instead stand and talk to each other. I notice they will occasionally ask a male customer if they need help, but not women. This is very frustrating and laughable to me because I’m a property manager and work on everything and so often, I know more than they do in so many areas. If I were their manager I’d fire them, and find people who want to work, and that understand customer service and company loyalty, then I’d reward them well and pay them well.

I just want to thank Bruce and Wendy for their exceptional customer service! Because of them we were able to get the perfect Christmas tree at a very affordable price!! Thank you so much!

Compared to other stores Home Depot is always clean and organized. Always has plenty of inventory. Staff is very friendly and clean. And their phone app is a time saver.

We have always had great customer service at this Home Depot but most recently, we had a young man named Lucas who was such an awesome help as we were loading our truck. Lucas had a great attitude, loved his job and was very enthusiastic. He thanked us for shopping there and genuinely meant it. It is nice to be able to get the materials you need and work with such friendly, appreciative folks!

I don’t know what’s going on at the Kalispell location lately, but this store is a mess, some employees are helpful, while most are not knowledgeable and are quite rude. The cashier named Shauna could use a class or two in customer service.

Tracy did a great job helping me find what I needed, and taking me to the checkout location to assist me.

Friendly staff, go out of their way to help you, or get someone who can. They all seem to enjoy dealing with people
