Poor service from Tony who was the acting manager. Rude and very unprofessional.

Lots of stuff available and some good deals to be had so worth checking out but keep in mind you will probably be doing everything yourself and the loading area can be difficult to access.

We went to Home Depot to check out 15 windows & doors and Tom from that dept helped us. He was super knowledgeable & helpful & we will probably request his assistance in the future because he made the process so easy. Thanks!

Dan Whitting from garden ran into me at the store and after talking a bit he stayed by my side and made suggestions on my plumbing needs and helpeded me find many products I was needing. Made this trip easy and released the stress of searching for items needed. Thanks Dan Whitting

Rude employees with terrible customer service skills

What an easy shopping experience at this Home Depot! Thanks to Dan in gardening for his knowledge and location of the products we needed.

I felt respected as a Vateran.

I waited for 25 minutes for someone to help me get a Milwaukee tool and battery from the locked bins. I asked for help 3 times before someone finally came.

I have had nothing but great service when it comes to talking with the employees in the Kalispell store. Nicki in the plumbing area was awesome, she helped me out, cared about what it was that I needed and always has a friendly attitude! The Store Manager Cecila also really helped me out. One evening I was in trying to get something in the electrical department and after waiting for quite some time, she stepped in and just took care of it right away and made it right. This store and the employees are great!

I just bought the 30 in 5.o cu ft gas range in stainless steel with Griddle, listed at 648 and the salesman charged me $685.98 ashier 3105 00097 57428 saying it was extra cause I changed colors, NO I did not is says in Stainless Steel on my credit card,

Went in to purchase a lawn mower for my husband. I ran into Bruce who was quick to help and assisted me in my purchase and loaded mower into my car after purchase. Store was neat and tidy. 10/10

I was unable to find a particular product in store. The employee in the tool section went above and beyond my expectations when trying to help me find the item.

Went in for a light timer and an employee directed us to the exact location. Good selection and prices. Tracy at the return desk waved us in to pay there so we didn't have to walk to the other end, a strain for my friend. Great service, great price great selection.

The product I ordered...battery operated Ryobi 13" lawnmower and edger were an excellent choice.

Dan is always a joy to visit with and he always goes above and beyond to make sure our shopping experience is completely satisfactory.

Customer service isn't uniform in retail nor is it in HD. But I found Dan W who helped me to a more customer oriented, helpful, and friendly employee. It isn't always the case that employees will take time to explain your options. I was buying a chain saw with no experience. Dan helped me choose.
