Great customer service! Store is in order, easy to find things.

Store employee Kirk stopped his busy day to ask if I needed help, without my asking or anyone sending him. As a retired widow, with zero handy-woman experience, I really appreciated Kirk's assistance. He fully explained differences & features of combo replacement bathroom ceiling fan/light units. Thank you Kirk! I bought 3 easy-install replacement units.

Please hire enough employees to handle your customers. My poor helper was overwhelmed yet tried very hard to stay with the demands made upon him without losing his mind. Nobody came to help. There were no washers and dryers available. You should have had a sign to alert customers that things needed to be ordered, so people would not have to wait so long to get the negative news and thus feel furious. The store was relatively clean, but there were several workers standing around without much of a purpose, and Nathan, in appliances, had NO help! I sat and waited for him to stop manning the phones in order to get to me and to others. Where was your manager to help? Because I was patient with his predicament, I managed to wait to get help. Others just walked away, knowing the appliance department was overerwhelmed.

The store was clean and orderly and our checkout clerk served us well.

There are multiple employees in the store and all are very friendly.

Products are in good supply and the price is considerably lower than competitors on the farm gates I purchased. The only problem is a common one in Montana. Stores are reluctant to strictly enforce Mask Mandates for Covid-19. Customer health should be first, dead customers cannot buy anything!

The store has very poor customer service. Can't get any help in the isles or when needed to help load something you bought into you vehicle.

IF YOU NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY KIND, OR ASSISTANCE TO REACH A HEAVY PRODUCT, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE...THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE EMPLOYEES RUN FOR COVER WHEN YOU LOOK LIKE YOU MAY ASK FOR ASSISTANCE OR ASK A QUESTION, IF INDEED, YOU CAN EVEN FIND AN EMPLOYEE. NO ONE SHOWS UP WHEN YOU ARE PROMISED THAT "SOME ONE WILL COME TO THE AISLE YOU ARE WAITING IN". THAT IS A JOKE-YOU COULD WAIT FOR DAYS IF YOU THAT KIND OF TIME. THIS IS AN ON-GOING PROBLEM AT HOME DEPOT-NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE-NEVER HAS BEEN!

Super helpful staff, especially Cesare. Normally having lumber cut can be overwhelming and chaotic. Cesare kept all of my boards straight and didn't mind helping me with all of my cuts and questions. Totally pleasant experience. Thanks Cesare!!

Our experience in this store was most pleasant. Don W. in the appliance department made our purchase go quickly and smoothly considering we purchased a special order appliance which the person who made the order declined once it arrived at your store. We will shop Home Depot in Kalispell MT again for sure.

As a business owner I know what good employees are worth. The cashier Christy is an exceptional asset to HD.

This Home Depot is awesome. Very friendly and helpful staff. I do not do the mask thing, so I appreciated that no one said anything to me about it. We are all adults, and are capable to make our own health care choices. Telling me to mask up to shop there would be like telling an overweight person to eat less food and work out more, or a smoker they can’t shop at Home Depot because they raise the cost of health insurance of non smokers. Thanks for handling this the right was.

Unfriendly staff, but I’m not from Kalispell so maybe locals are just snobby. I’m from Alaska, where it’s beautiful and friendly.

Home Depot in Kalispell has a hidden gem inside! If you get the opportunity to shop here on a day that Mary in hardware is working you will not be disappointed at her ability to help you with anything in the store. She can and will find anything you need or an alternative solution, or order whatever you need that may not be on site.

All the sales associates were super friendly and helpful. Especially Ted in the paint department. He was knowledgeable and helped me make good decisions about my DIY project. I will always shop here in the future for my projects!

I have made some large purchases lately for my home. I'm really pleased with the level of customer service. Thank you!

If you want a great shopping experience at home depot look for Mike E in appliances. He is the best!

Stop allowing non-service animals in the store and especially whithout leashes

Most employees don't know what the heck they are selling you I was under the impression I had bought a security camera but it was a stupid camera mount and no returns during covid-19 so I'm out 20 dollars

shopping for a new washer/dryer, I had the BEST service from Don W in the appliance section. HE is 5 stars!! usually, the employees at this store ignore me. The one other exceptional employee is in the paint dept. but I don't know her name. Please hire more "Don's"!!! it would make my experiences here better and I wouldn't mind coming here more often
