I bought a power tools, Ridgid power driver and circular saw and I no regrets of buying at all as it works even beyond my exoectations

I had a cordless handheld vacuum to return/exchange because it would not charge. The cashier told me that they do not do exchanges only returns. I asked to speak to a manager, when this older gentleman came over with a resting attitude on his face from the start. I explained that it wouldn’t charge. He said “isn’t it cordless?, it doesn’t have a cord.”. Had he looked at the box that was in my hand, he would have seen it in fact came with the wall charger! He then told me that my return was out of time/date to do so (as he pointed to my phone) & said “it says right there”. Again, had he bothered to look himself, it said December 2022! He then walked off. I asked the cashier to please call another available manager, when he picked up the phone to call the back office, the older black gentleman walked back over, tapped him on his shoulder, told him to hang up the phone & not to call anyone else. It wasn’t the kids fault, however the manger was very unprofessional from the get go. I did try to ask 2 other people for a manager but was directed back to the same one in front that was unhelpful. So I just left the store. The simplest things, are not worth arguing over. I went to the Cinco Ranch location the following day & was greeted, helped & they went over & beyond to get me my replacement. The Cinco location is a little further for me, but I will make sure they get my repeated business from now on. Just because I am a female, doesn’t mean I do not know my tools or can’t read a receipt! I do however know when someone is unhappy with their job.

IIf you ever need any kind of help at this amazing Home Depot location, make sure to ask for Javon! He's absolutely incredible and takes immense pleasure in assisting his customers. Trust me, he's the only employee in the entire store who genuinely loves helping people out.

Abby was so helpful. She was so patient. She helped me pick out my storm door and the storm door handle. She explained the process and by the time I left, I knew everything that was going to happen.

I bought a new French door refrigerator at a great price and my salesman, Annette made my visit worth while!

We went in the checkout the washer and dryer’s, Jamal was polite and pleasant to work with. He understood our needs, we appreciate him and the knowledge on the appliances.

I went in to purchase a dishwasher and Annette greeted me and was very helpful! I didn’t have to go looking for someone to assist me. She made the entire experience easy and quick! She was pleasant and knowledgeable.

The curbside service was quick and efficient. I was helped by Mohammad Riahan. He made sure to check I needed anything else.

Stopped in at the Katy Home Depot today for last minute order. Annette was extremely helpful in guiding me through the desired products, options and corresponding discounts. Annette and the checkout cashiers also assisted when an alternative method was needed due to lack of Home Depot card on hand. Looking forward to future business at the store.

Sale was buy 2 get 2 free, along with buy 4 or more at half price. Bought 4 and received the b2g2 but at regular price. Spoke with clerk and manager and both said it's either b2g2 or sale price not both. Nowhere is posted that sales can't be combined. Then I asked since I bought 4 at regular price can I get 4 free and still said that's not how the sale works.

Very friendly service and helpful finding the best quality product.

Employees from there was so kind and patient with me. He helped me with looking up things and to make an ordered online at the service desk at the end.

People that work there are really nice and helpful. I needed help with so many things and the people from Home Depot took care of me nicely.

Excellent service, nice employees and helpful

Since last November, we have been purchasing a lot of materials for reconstruction and remodeling with excellent services from Home Depot with high quality products.

We decided to re-paint our living room and went to this location for our supplies. Carl from the Painting Department was absolutely wonderful to work with and made everything so easy! Thanks Carl for an amazing experience, we will be back to see you for our next home painting project :)

There’s not enough of them for the amount of people in the store and the only (2 ) I ever see is never charged. That’s very disappointing.

Fabiola is the main reason I will be shopping here again!

Best tree guys in town! Very helpful, cut the tree just as I asked and helped me load it in the car!
