I ask a white old heavy gentleman that was watering the flowers (( Sorry to bother you but do you sell cilantro )), he goes no very firm then he goes maybe over there not once up to look at me. He acted as if I was bothering him, I wanted to tell him if your not happy here go find another job

I was sent to the Katy Home Depot off I10 from another HD and to talk to ASM Greg to get the product I wanted to purchase and from the time I was in the store until the time I left I was help and thanked. Thank you very much. BZ

Charles was extremely friendly and helpful. We picked the wrong dirt for gardening that was on sale. He took care of the issue promptly and was super friendly. He said he just moved to Texas. Good job Home Depot. Everyone needs a Charles.

Greg the asst manager was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The young lady that works in dept of cabinets was less than excited to assist til I asked for a manager to assist

I shop a lot with Home Depot employees don’t greet and ask for any help if I asked they ignore me and don’t offer help I help myself most of the time specially with heave lumber

Went to buy some items in the Plumbing section. Hector helped me to find what I was looking for.

Davis, in the flooring dept. & Debbie the cashier, should get high recognition for their successful efforts. They followed through to find or direct me to what I needed. Friendly with a professional attitude. I experienced 2 excellent employees that helped me on this one trip to Home Depot. You need to hire more people like these 2 outstanding employees that represent your company.

The store is always busy , despite that I’m still able to get good customer service.

I ordered lots of items form Katy store. Ms. Taylor in appliance department provided us the best service. she is very knowledgable, professional, polite, friendly, and above all the service pro.

I bought kitchen cabinets and other appliance, tools, material needed for my remodeling project and will be heading back for all follow items needed and future continuous projects.

I found that Home Depot had all the items i needed and the employees were very helpful. I found all items reasonably priced. Home Depot is my store for shopping for all projects I work on.

I am 82 yrs. old and having lost my husband 3 yrs. ago. This year I decided to put outdoor lights on my house and needed help. This young man (his 3rd day at Home Depot) helped me a lot...and was so helpful and courteous. Thank You!

2 kiosks and 1 cashier open, only one staff to help inexperienced staff in this huge store at 4:40 on a Thursday, 20 mins in line…

Always go to this homedepot and I always find what I need

Cashiers never acknowledge when u walk in nor are they attentive to customers that approach the return/pick up area.

Considering the amount of customers in the store today all the employees were nice and extremely helpful. It didn't matter that you didn't need anything in their particular department. They still helped and told us where everything on our list was.

Great customer service.

I forget about asking for military discount because I use to get weird looks but I did today 7/3/21 and the cashier rolled her eyes and give a facial expression of discuss.... Maybe she was having a bad day but kinda bummed me out..

This store needs to get it together. There is a great disconnection between departments, customer service needs to improve, staff needs to be more knowledgeable about products, Thur party affiliates should be held accountable for poor productivity, and management really needs to get changed. You should not be giving refunds left and right because you are only making the store loose money. You should be offering solutions. Also your website purchases and services need to connect with the store.

Horrible customer service. No one cares. Mis leading prices, false advertising and when I brought it to the associates attention, she started arguing with me. I even took pictures to prove to the Home Depot Corporate.

Very Clean and friendly Store.

All the employees were helpful and very nice. They told us about options we had for the countertops we were looking at let us know what the differences were.

I really like every thing in the store.
