I like to express my disappointment and frustration with a recent experience I had at Home Depot store located at I10 and N.Fry Rd. Today I visited the store to make a purchase, and I encountered a troubling situation at the self-checkout area that I believe needs attention. Upon reaching the self-checkout area, I had some difficulty scanning certain items, and when I requested assistance, the response I received was both surprising and unsatisfactory. The associate informed me that their job was solely to ensure that I scan every item myself and that they couldn't assist me with the scanning process. I was taken aback by this response because I have always had positive experiences with the helpful and customer-oriented associates at Home Depot in the past. I understand the concept of self-checkout, but I believe it is equally important for associates to be available to assist customers when they encounter difficulties, as is the case in many other retail establishments. My experience in this home depot left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer. I firmly believe that Home Depot's reputation is built on excellent customer service, and this incident does not align with the high standards I have come to expect from your store.

Usually get Every thing I Need.

I needed to order a replacement back patio door glass that had been cracked by an object. The associate was exceptional in her customer service in placing this order.

The employees at this store are generally nice and pleasant.

An employee by the name of Alice, store 0534, made my day. With a willingness to help and a warm smile, she made my return a breeze.. even thanked me as I walked in to when I walked out!

I went in to buy a few things, everything was great until I had to deal with the so called manager named David. he was rude and only talked like a parrot, even with home depot website within his sights. if you expect any sort of customer service, don't expect it from this location especially from management. just the rudest most negative person I've dealt with, and I had all my ID and information required by home depot website. he just dismissed me like a piece of crap.

Avoid! or at least be very careful. lumber product in wrong location, didn't have SKU. resulted in overcharge. Access blocked by heavy palettes making for a dangerous situation. Asked for help and got none.

I had an issue with a price discrepancy at this location and the “manager” that came to assist, Sabrina, was VERY rude and had very poor management skills. It took another manager, Alandria, to assist in the price correction rather than going back and forth about Home Depot’s different prices displayed in store and on their store mobile app. My experience with Sabrina was terrible and I’m not sure how she’s employed by Home Depot.

This is one of the best home improvement stores I have ever seen. The store is well stocked and the employees are very knowledgeable. The whole store deserves an acknowledgment for their superior performance.

WOW!! What happened to Home Depot? This store was well stocked, the aisles were clear and every single employee said hello, smiled and asked if I needed help. It's never happened in any other Home Depot ever! I hope that it lasts. I'll make this my go to DIY store

I shop at this location often as it is closest one to my current job site. If it was not for this i would never shop at this location. The Employees are rude, inconsiderate, never seem to want to help. Available stock is rarely correct and if it is it is on a high shelf and not in its place for easy in and out. If you ever need help getting something GOOD LUCK, LAST 2 TIMES I NEEDED HELP WITH BULK I SPENT EASY EXTRA HOUR OR TWO WAITING.

Sara in Pro Desk was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure I was helped throught as I made a big purchase

I LOVE THAT NO MATTER THE PROJECT I UNDERTAKE FOR IMPROVING OR DECORATING MY GARDEN AND HOME I HAVENT LEFT MISSING AN ITEM NEEDED BECAUSE OF INVENTORY IF ANYTHING I STRUGGLE TO CHOOSE WHICH TO BUY BECAUSE ITS AFFORDABLE AND BEAUTIFUL FOR MY HOME

Bought a couple items before and customer service employee helped me exchange it with no issue. I got out of there so quick it was a quick transaction

The store usually has what I need. If you are looking for unskilled labor for household projects/chores, there is an over abundant number of workers (some more skilled than others). Careful with your selection and give firm negotiations. Question their ability before just taking anyone.

I always choose this home depot when I can for all of my home improvement needs. It seems like they always have everything in stock of what I need compared to other locations.

We have consistently been met with great experiences at this Home Depot. Terrific customer service, clean and neat environment, oils not ask for more!
