Very efficient pro desk

Everything is fairly easy to find and locate in the store. Most associates are helpful, although some appear to not enjoy their jobs so they aren't very attentive to customers in need of assistance. I was hoping to get another associate to help with my order I needed to place but I received the one with the most attitude and rudeness. I completely understand why people say customer service jobs are not for everyone. Otherwise, I had a good visit in finding what I want and it being available to order for delivery.

LOVE THE GARDEN CENTER, BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS AND PLANTS TO CHOOSE FROM. VERY EASY TO FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED. EASY CHECK OUT AND GOOD SERVICE LOADING THE CAR.

The Home Depot store in Kenner showed me what a true sales lady Robin was she new what she was doing and did the job, she is an excellent employee

A very nice shopping experience.

Looking for an AC deflector. James asked if I needed something. Proceeded to find the deflector on a top shelf. Got a ladder and got it down for me. He was very polite and helpful.

The new self checkout lane causes people to leave their purchases behind due to the bags being on the wrong side of the monitor. You have to step back to use the credit card system and when you are finishes you walk out without ang bags, only what is in your basket.

Most employees are helpful.

This is 1 busy store but was very efficient for shopping and checkout...my new go-to for home improvement store...

Employees in the appliance department were very quick to serve me. They were friendly, and greeted me sincerely with smiles. The store was clean. In this day and time, customers want to experience professional, friendly service from knowledgeable associates. The Kenner Home Depot gets an "A" PLUS on possessing these qualities!

Excellent help from product selection to our check-out experience. You guys do an outstanding job! Products were easy to find, sales assistance offered critical advice that helped us complete our project. The store was clean and the salesclerk at the register was VERY kind. With Appreciation.

Improved employee attention. Historically finding a knowledgeable employee or an employee for assistance is a crap shoot.

Rhonda was very helpful. She explained my exchange and directed me exactly to where I needed to goto find my the items I was looking for. She is an asset to Home Depot.

No cashiers available. You have to self check out. If I wanted a job as a cashier, I would have applied for one. Will not shop at any Home Depot again

Attempted to pay for item in nursery area. Line was growing longer, then cashier ran off without explanation (bathroom??). Realized there were two self checkout machines because a customer was using the pricing wand. The signage by these these machines is MINIMAL. The impression is that these are manned stations, NOT SELF CHECK OUT. Do your customers a favor. Either: a) Post a illustrated sign stating the virtues of self checkout in the nursery b) Have cashier mention self check option when line grows long in the nursery

I was disgusted that Home Depot is not even attempting to get customers to wear masks as required by local Jefferson Parish law. They do not even ask customers who enter without masks to please put a mask on. If you mention it to them, they agree that it is a law, but dismiss you firmly, saying they can't make customers wear them, and they act like you are the one doing something wrong! Infuriating! I will take my business elsewhere as I feel they are not enforcing COVID-19 safety mandates at this store.

Hard to find anyone who truly cares about helping.

I was helped by several employees on this particular trip they were all exceptional. When it comes to customer service this is one of the best consistently friendly Home Depot stores I shop at.

Miss Marie in Appliances was sweet and helpful. She is the person to see for appliances.

Clean and employees courteous and helful

This store supplied items to repair damage from Hurricane Katrina in 2005. It is convenient and much of our home since Katrina is improved with building, hobbies, plumbing, and security items from this store. I did purchase a security camera that has since become useless due to the manufacturer belkin no longer supporting their cameras feed or wi-fi capability.

It was a pleasure, as usual, to use this store for my needs. I always find what I'm lookinmg for and if I don't the good help will direct me. Parking is easy as well.

I do wish they’d hire some responsible people to help with curbside .Most if the associates are professional and friendly
