I needed help in paint dept. " Jesse" helped me by exactly matching paint from a tiny paint chip I had. It wasn't his Dept- but went out of his way to help me. Hive that man a raise.

Customer service sucks! Spent $3700.00 on a John Deer riding lawnmower. I left once today because when I ask for help and wanted someone to go outside and answer questions I had. The gentleman behind the counter was a lazy jerk. Went and looked elsewhere, didn’t have much time and didn’t find what I wanted. So returning to your store, had the same lazy customer service. Bought the mower, got all the way home, 90 miles away! No Freaking key or owners manual. I’m really tempted to drive back to your Klamath falls store 1st thing in the morning and get my money back.

Appreciate Sierra for taking action to help me find the item I needed. Others just pointed me in the direction I had already been.

Past management had to be some of the worst on the planet. Purposely messing with customers, so I’m glad there’s someone different. Hopefully this new manager actually understands the importance of customer service.

On our most recent trip we easily found what we were looking for.

Put Sierra in charge of training customer service employees

I have always enjoyed excellent service and help when I visit this store. With the exception of one employee in the paint department, EVERY employee I've encountered has been friendly and helpful, even giving me additional information about any project I'm working on.

Art same my shopping experience over a year ago while shopping for laminate flooring. There were 2 employees that has such a bad attitude that II was done with Home Depot. Art was stocking in the flooring department and went the extra mile to help me choose the flooring for me. Now I am putting carpet in my bedrooms and painting those rooms. Kristie and Mark have made me realize that Home Depot is the store for all my home improvement dreams. Next it's a new shower kit and Home Depot is my go to place!

We have recently relocated to Klamath Falls. We have shopped at many Home Depot stores over the years. The Klamath Falls crew are outstanding, always ready to help. They could use a few more loaders but other than that they are rocking it

Normally love home depot but this store 4019, Was the worst service I've ever had, Was unable to find an associate in the departments I needed and when I did find an associate from a different department and asked them a question they said they didn't know about that department because it wasn't their department and they had no intention of trying to help me find the person to Help. When I did finally find someone in the department they did not know the 1st thing about that department. Going through the store you see nothing but as though she is at service desk talking amongst themselves, Associates on the cells floor talking and on their personal phones. Management walking around but not doing anything. They have a lot of product that is not needed and product that you need empty.

This is absolutely one of the best Home Depot stores we have ever been in. There are plenty of employees and all are available to answer questions and help you find the parts and items you’re looking for. They are all knowledgeable and friendly. The store is super clean, and the general atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. The items that we’re looking for are usually always in stock. Prices are excellent and we enjoy the military discount.

Love everything I get at this Home Depot.

Dont let a box store in a small town steer you away. Local people work there and some of them are the best at customer service you'll find!

Every visit to your store we are greeted with kind words and smiles. You have plenty of personnel in every department to help us find what we need. They are always very knowledgeable and friendly. Your prices are the best in town and you give us our Military discount of 10% as well. We love shopping at the Klamath Falls Home Depot !!

Seems lately they have had way more employees on the floor to help out

There was a dude that helped me in the fasteners (screws, nails, nuts and bolts) section who was amazing in both his knowledge of the inventory and his asking about what else I might be interested in and awareness of great deals to be had in power tools. He made it fun to be shopping there and got me to go back several times to check out the deals he told name about.

We've always been pleased with Home Depot's customer service but this last experience we had with a particular woman in self checkout (Gino) her behavior was unacceptable .. she treated my husband and I like we were children .. we requested the store manager but she refused to get him for us ..

I go to hone depot in klamath falls oregon every week. You're gonna have a couple bad apples but generally speaking the folks I cone in contact with are knowledgeable and courteous which is why I keep coming back. I probably know that store better than half of their employees good selection, competitive prices etc....

I love to shopping to Home Depot when I remodel my house good price and happy.

If you need help in the paint department, make sure that Mariah Alexander is there to help you. The very petite, short-haired woman is NOT knowledgeable OR helpful. When Mariah stepped into the department, she was both.

I never have any problem finding help or getting advice on how to tackle my next project. I find the employees at this Home Depot friendly, helpful and interested in figuring out answers to any problem I present them with. If they don't know they help me find out, they are good people. DJ

Was told upon check out I needed an app on a smart phone to be able to use my Veterans discount. Don't have a smart phone and never will. Many Vietnam Veterans like myself so not use smart phones or even have one.

I always feel welcome, I love going to Home Depot for any repair protects at home. You don’t feel pushed by employees or unwelcome like other stores in town. Home Depot is the best store from any other.

The many associates in this store that really try to offer friendly customer service make up for the rotten attitudes of management.
