everything at our store is to help the custremer i usred to live in northern ore and had to drive 50 miles to shop at home depot now its only 6 miles and i love it probley go there 4 to 5 times a week

I find this store to be clean and well stocked. It is rare that they do not have what I need. The employees are friendly and helpful. If an item I am looking for is out of stock an employee has looked up status of when the item would be back in stock or has offered to help me place an order for the item to be shipped to me.

Employees are always so rude. They act like they never have the time to help you and when you do find someone to help you they are not pleasant instead they get an attitude.

The store employees are friendly and helpful. Everyone goes out of their way to please.

Things have improved in this store over the last six months. I am handy capped, I use to have a hard time finding a electric cart the was charged up and would not die on me half way through the shopping. In the last few months I haven't had that happen. And I greatly appreciate that.

Quality and professionalism of employees appears to continue sliding down. There are a few good ones there. Good luck finding them. I found 3 terrible ones and one that wanted to help but seemed to be new/unaware of that which was my concern...

Just a great place to Shop, the people who work there are Friendly & Know what their Jobs. & our Dogs love them.

Home Depot employee damaged (dented and bowed) my truck bed when loading wood. It took 3 months for the insurance company to get back to me stating they would not fix it because my truck bed has scratches and is 9 years old. So what!!! Your employees caused damage!!

The Klamath Falls Home Depot is an excellent place to purchase items, tools, garden supplies and flowers, building materials, and maintenance paraphernalia to improve our home. The staff is always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the vast array of products that the store offers. I've noticed that if they don't know the answer about the availability of something, they at least know where to get the information (for instance, look in their computers, or ask a different employee who might have the answer to the question). I've also been impressed with the regard for safety, for instance, like fencing off aisles where they are operating a forklift. They also offer my little dog a treat. He likes that, and so do I.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot! I find the store to be clean and well stocked. Everyone seems know the store and where to find what you are looking for. They will show you or get it for you(depending on the item). They love dogs! (that is a plus in my opinion. I always get good service from beginning to end, and always with a smile!

Shoppers BEWARE. For the second time (first time was two years ago) I purchased lumber from this store, and BOTH times there were more expensive price tags on the EXACT SAME LUMBER. TWICE this happened and both times manger Krista got right in my face over this. Home Depot does not care, just so you know. The first time this happened I was so fed up I went to Lowe's in MEDFORD. NOW I KNOW THAT'S THE ONLY STORE I CAN GO TO FROM NOW ON. Thanks Russell, Nick and Krista for forcing someone to leave your store and go elsewhere. GOOD WORK! Please if this happens to you too contact the OR DOJ so they can see that HD may need some supervision when it comes to learning how to place CORRECT price tags on ALL items.

The K.Falls Home Depot is awesome! The store is always clean and the store clerks offer excellent customer service, always above and beyond.

This store is always clean and organized. The employees are very helpful. Anytime I've had a question I've been able to get an answer. Nick the Assistant store manager has on several occasions gone out of his way to help me with getting supplies and installation setup. I would highly recommend this store.

Love being able to look online to see the price and availability of items I need before driving 100 miles to buy it. Most of the associates are knowledgeable about the products they are selling. Ordered several items online for pick up in store. All orders were in great shape, quick to arrive and as described. Good selection of items available at store. Lots of employees thru out the store offering to help you.

Home Depot is no doubt. The best improvement store in Klamath falls. Very helpful, and the discount to Veterans? Keeps all of us shopping there. Thanks

This Home Depot has improved its customer service and the amoiunt of employees available even though they have always been very customer oriented they seem to have many more employees to serve more customes. This time of the year there are a lot of DIY cistomer and that makes for a busy store. I have to use an electric cart to shop in large stores and the carts always are available and charged. This is preference for me due to my disabilities. Choices for products are wide and varied, rarely can I not find what I need or am looking for.

Easy to shop at, and carries most all the products I need. the employees are always helpful, and I can get in and out quickley!!!

This store has better selection than many, but the cashiers are not very helpful or polite. Also, there doesn't seem to be much diversity among the employees.

I have always liked the Home Depot; it has been said that it takes seven years to build a good business and seven seconds to destroy it; 1. The service desk at the "lawn mower side of the store", is usually too busy and unaccommodating in order to be of use, most of my visits. 2. The gardening department needs to be "anticipatory" with help, when it comes to the loading of certain purchases.

The store was a bit cluttered, but otherwise clean. (No overnight crew) The store was very busy but I was greeted and courteously asked if I needed assistance, received that assistance, and left the store in a better disposition. I am a former employee of store #226 in Jacksonville Fl overnight crew.
