Worst management on the planet. Customers are nothing more than an inconvenience.

As usual store clean and orderly and employees very helpful. Got everything I needed.

Really enjoy shopping at my local Home Depot..they always have everything I need.

No reason to TRY to find home improvement supplies at any other store in town. This store has it all. Great staff, friendly faces, and is normally stocked full.

Raimai Naegle was our appliance sales peron. She is knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and made our visit easy and satisfactory.

Love this Home Depot store, especially the variety of goods offered. We can purchase our cleaning supplies here for our home which saves us time and money. Plus the employees are willing to assist us in finding our items we want from small screws to larger items. Thank you Home Depot

Sometimes I come to Home Depot just to smell it. That’s the smell of America right there.

Other than having limited (if not depleted stock) on closet remodeling/storage items, the store is great. There's always an employee around to provide assistance when needed. Self checkout is always kept clean and wiped down between customers. Maggie was fantastic at checkout! She was readily available and very friendly. Also, she's the first and so far the only employee to tell us about the "Did We Nail It?" survey (after we've made almost daily trips for almost a month). Other than reading the receipt, we would have continued to miss even more opportunities.

Thank You Mckenna, for recently helping simplify my return needs. I had multi-layered returns, some requiring looking up several items on different cards. You seemed to simplify a process that would seem to be far more difficult at other competitors stores. Also, I want to thank Racheal for recently assisting me in buying a pressure-washer that I needed in emergency. Thanks again, Racheal.

Our Klamath Falls store is a wonderful place. They try hard to have everything you need and go out of their way to help you when you need the help. They are our go to place for all of our home improvements. ;)

I have Shopped at other Home Depot stores, This is the best iv'e shopped at, and am proud to have them as my "Local" store. The employees who work here are top notch, and well informed, they are very knowledgeable and have been very helpful, with my projects, and have made completing my projects a lot easier.

Store is good, but they need more employees who are trained in construction type products and work. Most of their employees are women who have no experience in the trades. I recommend hiring qualified employees not cashiers.

I went into Home Depot fully expecting to get a bid for my project in the range of $10,000. When Jake Bennett came in with a shade over $7,600, I could not get to town fast enough to pay for it, and get it started! Thanks, Home Depot!!

I really like this store and the helpful employees they have. When I need help ordering stuff like siding and doors the guys at the contractors desk are great at helping you find what you need.

Always friendly service and prompt

The Sales Reps are patient and very helpful. If you don't know the formal term for something and you use layman terms to explain what you need, they help you find it, give you the correct term to use, and don't make you feel like a complete indiot in the process. They also provide alternatives and help you to figure out how to complete the task you have to do at your home. I love this place.

I love the home depot in Klamath Falls, It is clean, friendly and associates were helpful, had a little trouble at first finding one to help.

I will never shop here again. Employees have been rude on many different occasions. We were needing a lumber cart and were told we would have to go out and get one ourselves at the front of the store. There was none at the front of the store. When leaving to do business elsewhere we noticed the cart returns at the back of the parking lot was completely full of carts. Decent companies do cart round ups so customers actually have carts to purchase items.

I had a huge mess trying to get a washer and dryer delivered and installed that I purchased from Home Depot direct with the help of an associate in the store I have been given incorrect information by the assistant manager who works there and buy theThe people from the delivery company which is a third-party Home Depot takes no responsibility for anything they say and you even though they have contracted them I am still sitting here with my brand new washing machine hooked up to my old hoses and I have to pay someone else to come fix it I do not recommend purchasing something there unless you have your own plumber’s license otherwise go with a full-service company that delivers and installs and takes care of any issues involved with it. I’m done with Home Depot

This store is very well organized and handling the Covid situation very well. There was an irate customer and the men handled the situation very well and was able to diffuse the situation.
