This store is best Home Depot that I have been in for several years. The store is well organized, well stocked and have an extremely group of very friendly courteous employees.

The employees are very helpful and courteous. The products are of good quality and available in store.

Great store but the mask requirement should be left to customers to wear a mask or not to.

The measurement service misquoted me on materials for a flooring project so I had to go to the store for more. The customer service manager, Tristen, was helpful and understanding and made the mistake right with a discount off the additional materials. The customer service associate looked up my material, confirmed there was enough in stock and gave me the exact location in the store where I could find it.

I did find the products by myself, I had to walk around the whole store with the help from associates. When I did they told me the wrong isle, I had to look more. I did not get assistance from associates. the store was clean. When i asked for help the associate was friendly not helpful.

I have been shopping this store since it was built. With one exception, I have been very happy to shop there. As an aside, I sent Home Depot an email stating they would be wise to send a representative to consider building a store in the area and even though I never received comment to my email, I was pleased when construction was started and completed.

Julie was GREAT! One of the best workers I've come across at all the Home Depots!!!! Julie made sure the lot loaders were on spot when my order was complete! The front end was always clean and stocked. Julie always was doing some thing to improve the service and the front contractors side. EXCELLENT WORKER!!! Julie Made my shopping Experience pleasurable.

David in the appliances section was extremely helpful and made my shopping experience faster.

I have been doing business at the store for years, but when I tried to buy fencing material for a big job, they totally botched it. Not only did they lie about the availability of materials, delaying delivery, when the delivery finally happened, it wasn't complete, delaying the project further. I had scheduled workers to be there and had to send them home. This is a very poor way to manage customer orders.

Recent addition of new signs marking aisles with products on that aisle are a good improvement. It may be due to covid requirements but they have moved all the wing stacks out of aisles and it is much easier getting around the store in wheel chair or when pushing a shopping cart. Store appearance is much better but they are still lacking an adequate number of power wheelchairs and condition of wheelchairs is not top notch. Employees are Friendly and offer help often, pleasant atmosphere in which to shop.

The Appliances staff (Dominic and David) were extremely helpful with my appliance purchase. Great customer service. I appreciated their time and diligence to get things right for me.

Employees do not wear masks and no visible cleaning of common areas and touched surfaces. I'd hope that the corporation would try to take a relatively simple steps to protect it's employees and customers. This is not a political statement just science.

David in appliances is a true professional and certainly appropriate his smile and transparency he showed. I would recommend him to any i know who is looking for appliances

I only ever shop at Home Depot and am very satisfied with their customer service and with the quality of the products. I am really impressed with how friendly the cashiers are. They treat me like they know me, and I really appreciate that, especially since I'm a very loyal customer and spend all my gardening budget there!
