Nice store, not as big as some others, so in store stock limited.

Compliments to the store manager for staffing key positions with competent employees, namely, Cynthya, a cashier, and Betty, in Customer Service, who is consistently helpful and quite skilled with inventory control and sales.

ANTHONY WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL DURING THE HOLE PROCESS OF LOADING AND SELECTING THE LUMBER I NEEDED TO COMPLETE MY FENCE.

I always enjoy going to the this store, it's always clean and there always seems to be a lot of merchandise on display. Sales people are helpful and the prices are very competitive.

The store was clean enough, not prissy like Lowe’s. The kids that worked there were helpful when they got to me; they were very busy. I was able to find what I needed quickly, I know the place pretty well.

We've used this Home Depot for years. They usually have what we need. Julie the cashier is so friendly and Anthony helped me with my purchase by putting it in the car. I think we'll be using this store for a very long time...

Employees where friendly and helpful. Product on the shelf where it was suppose to be. A good variety to choose from.

Great service and availability of products

The Associate was awesome he went beyond the call of duty. Nice gentlemen & helped me find what I needed immediately. After me another lady next to me says I'm next & he was honored not bothered to assist her promptly & professionally. Love Home Depot for that reason. The customer comes first.

I shop at the Kyle store repeatedly because of the knowledgeable people working there. They have helped me numerous times.

This store consistently has nice and helpful employees. The store always has what we need and is clean and well lit.

There is a Home Depot closer to my home , but I like the people at this store .Its not as busy as the other Home Depot’s . The one gripe I have is that if an Employee named Zack is there my day is ruined. Just rude. If you need help loading your vehicle look for Anthony. Good guy always friendly and helpful.

No one helps load material and when you ask some times takes up to 20 minutes for some one to help employees just watch me lifting heavy items and don’t help Other customers are more willing to help

Waited in cordless drills isle for help no one ever showed up. I picked a drill combo I thought was good it ended up being only 12v. I needed a much stronger drill 18v. Hone depot would not let me return it for bigger and I had my receipt and drill was never used.

I would recommend going to the South Austin Location instead. Not a good experience last two times.

So nice to be helped as soon as we walk in the door....just love this store! Great staff, and Sandra is VERY good at her job...she went beyond to help us get the best service possible! Thank you Sandra! You rock!!

Great products and prices! An associate named Tristan helped me find the succulents and cacti I was looking for and helped check me out too. Very friendly and helpful removing tag for a toy I bought for my son.

Great store!! The employees make the big difference. This is the most important to me. I found everything I needed quickly and noticed how clean the store was and how friendly every employee was. Everybody at other stores will take your money but in this store it is "Service with a friendly smile." Helpful seems to be on everyone's mind. Great Store! Thank you!

The store itself was very tidy, inventory was up to par, customer service and dept employees were willing to help and answer questions

Originally went to the store to look at pavers and went into the store and spotted the water softener when the sale person asked if he could help with any questions. He was able to answer all questions and set up an appointment with sweetwater home services. The store was very clean as always every time I have visited the store. I have never had a bad experience in this store. One project done now I will begin the patio addition I originally went there for, plus I always find the best looking plants to add to my home.

I like their Echo product line, i only wish they had more variety from Echo. Over all the store is clean, stocked well and employees are very friendly helpful and knowledgeable of products.

More than friendly and helpful employees here, not to mention pretty knowledgeable about the products they sell. Clean and i have seen quite a bit of sales and clearance items the last time i was there (7/14/19) hey also have a refurbished/used outdoor power equipment section out in the gardwn section really low prices for good looking equipment and didnt seen to have any damage and the exhaust on those pieces of equipment were fairly clean indicating light use. It always smells grwat in there.

I was so impressed with this store as soon as I walked in. More than one staff member asked me if I needed help finding something (which I did!). I had never heard of a "machine screw" before, but a very nice young man in the hardware dept found it for me in the size I needed. I'll definitely be shopping at this store again!!
