My cashier was a great cashier.

Went to buy some paint at 3:45 pm 11/25/22, the paint counter personnel were very knowledgeable. The cashier , Virginia was very friendly as well.

Most cashiers will not take the time to be free and helpful but mine wax she told me about the good sales that was going on

Tried to buy a refrigerator, personnel in store could not fill out paperwork properly required much effort to get item and purchased warranty in the proper name. Item delivered with soot inside and greasy from diesel fumes. Store agreed to replace replacement scheduled for delivery company refused to pick up damaged nor deliver new one. At present item not replaced. This has been the worst experience of buying an appliance I have ever had

My refrigerator went out on me and I had to buy a new one!! I knew what I wanted, bought it and had great service!!!

I have been to the Home Depot in Lagrange quite often lately, from the paint department to the garden center. Everyone I have encountered there has been very helpful and friendly. The new manager there is very present and seems to really care about the customers and employees.

The employees were so helpful, patient and listened to my needs. I was able to get everything I needed.

We bought Lawn Lime to apply to our yard. My expectations are very high for an improved lawn this year. We are looking forward to our neighbors' mentioning how beautiful our yard looks....

Waited 30 min after paging help twice in lumber with no help. Was told by cashier that the lumber folks were lazy.

Every single time I step foot into a Home Depot, it reminds of why I hate shopping at Home Depot. The customer service is the worst and trying to find someone other than the cashier to help you, is impossible.

Bought today and wand broken!! Return to replace and Jennifer gave a suitable replacement at no cost!! I'm going to tell everyone about Home Depot online purchase and the best customer service provider for a problem I didn't need and was fixed!! I finished the job!! Same day!!

As a maintenance technician and only work about 5 miles down the road, Home Depot store 0160 is the very best place to shop. No others compare to products or friendly employees that is always courteous and friendly! I will always recommend HD to everyone without hesitation
