I shop at both big box stores but seem to always come back to the Lagrange Home Depot. Why? The prices are about the same, it is the friendliness of that time. They seem to go that extra mile to ensure your day continues to go smooth. The smiles from the cashiers and willingness to help to the mgmt team, especially Andre. I walk away with less money in mt pocket, yet I am smiling!

Good selection and ample help on site

We bought lumber, a power sander and canned fuel today. Everything we looked for was in stock. Also the self-checkout lanes were backed up, then VANYA, opened a lane and we were out of there in about 5 minutes. Thank you Home Depot!

Associates do not want to help you. Most of the time you cannot even find one on the floor.

Needed some wood cut and an employee came right over and cut it. Cashier gave me a discount when asked because they were out of plywood and the quarter pieces were much more expensive. Cashier was also super friendly.

Henry from plumbing is the best we were having trouble finding some plumbing materials that we needed and Henry saw us out helped us and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed great Guy And very helpful

Greater Customer Experience to meet exactly what we wanted to order on-line with greater price too. Everything have been taken care on-time with detailed product details.

Anne in appliance department was a great assistant in helping us purchase our GE microwave and GE slide-in range. Very attentive to our needs We also bought herbs that day, a great selection as well

It's nice to know that am associate will pull what you need from down stock. I really needed a particular grit of sandpaper and it was not on the shelf, but Ricky from tools pulled it from down stock without hesitation.

Iam really like seriously displeased w this store. It took 4 days to get 3 toilets. No I will not i will not. Then to say I have been rejected. There were a better way of saying my request was turned down or whatever. But to use the word rejected. Homedepot has some real issues. 4days and a $75 gift cert is WRONG. But I know that there is no value for me as a customer. I will not beg you then to pay U also. Now that I know, never will I go though the hardship again. Amen

The store was clean, everything was easy to find and the sales associate Ms. Anne in the appliance department is the best with her knowledge, experience and great personality is a plus. Thanks

We were welcomed into the store and were helped with our purchase from beginning to end. Glen went above the normal call of duty and went out of his way to be sure we had what we needed. I have several Home Depot stored that I could have went to but lately I find myself at the store in Lagrange because of the people there

Customer Service is awesome. Kelli goes out of her way to help customers who are waiting for the online orders and not enough workers in store to email customers that their order is ready for pickup. Thank you, Kelli for your great service. Also, the garden center is very knowledgeable and water their plants everyday.

I only shop here because it is the only store like this in Lagrange. It is a very unfriendly store. Nothing is ever in the same place twice and store employees and not helpful.

The store was clean. Employees were helpful and directed me to the correct bay to find what I was looking for.

The cashiers at the self check are rude and hateful. Shelves are not properly stocked. Don’t expect anyone to help you find anything if you shop at this store. Just expect a very exasperating experience

The check-out lady was very friendly in the garden center. Store was clean and well supplied in that area.

I have recently purchased a home in Lagrange and have made numerous visits to this Home Depot. I have never had a bad experience at a Home Depot store but this one, in particular, is welcoming and user friendly. An example is yesterday, April 8, 2021. I wanted a sample size of a paint color. The paint guy named Garry could not have been friendlier or more engaging. This was clearly not the sale of the day but I was made to feel welcome and meeting my need seemed to be very important to Garry. Any time I visit, which has been often in the last two months, I have never been ignored nor have I heard "I don't know" when I asked for help. Either the employee told me clearly where to find what I needed or led me there themself.

Amazing customer service, what I was looking for they had so much of it in stock. Everyone was extremely helpful. And actually they went above and beyond to help me get my heavy things into my car. It was amazing how much they did to help me. I will definitely go back to that store. It was incredible experience.
