Kristi S. is my hero for today! I had to do a return and get the correct air conditioner, but I wasn't given the receipt. I called the store and spoke to Kristi, who did some investigating and saved me a trip by emailing me the receipt. She was extremely helpful and super pleasant to talk to. Thank you, Kristi, for being a reflection of what genuinely spectacular customer service looks like even after we leave your store!

It is evident employees enjoy their job. They go out of their way for the customer when it appeares an item is no longer in stock. Very helpful

Easy in and out, stuff on the shelves when you need it, and great customer service.

Items not stocked for customers, but still in boxes on shelves above. Employees walking around not acknowledging those in need of help, or going to get someone else to help, and never returning. Leslie at Customer Service and Ed in orange apron are the all stars at this location.

An older female clerk at self-checkout stood over me and watched my wife scan each item in our cart. I politely stated I was becoming uncomfortable with her standing so close and watching us. She said she wanted to see what color roses we picked then walked away. Then she became antagonistic and said: 'this is my area; I can stand and look where I want'. Upon exiting, she loudly wished us a good day but her tone did not indicate sincerity. I don't recommend this store, which is sad because the other employees were nice.

Jodie at the Pro Desk is a EXPERT at explaining the HD Rewards APP and benefits. Takes the time to explain and walk one through the app. ABOVE AND BEYOND. simply awesome

Delia was a true blessing.

Attempted to return box of screws over 90 days with no driver license. Turned away due to corporate policy. Kristi and Jon were not empowered to do anything put repeat "I need your actual license; license number is not sufficient" Wanda and Doug were very helpful the next morning; refunded cash. Thanks to Kristi - I will take my recurring business elsewhere.

I was there buying paint and supplies so my son could do a job for me, I had my service dog with me, every employee I asked for help was very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate me to include pulling my cart for me, cashier was very pleasant and helpful. I even had a great experience in the parking lot when I dropped some merchandise, I didn't know I dropped, and another customer brought it to me. I love Texas.

Staff was extremely helpful!!! It was item that no one could find. Belinda and George made it their mission and they found it! You don’t get customer service like that in many stores these days!!

People are so helpful and friendly!

Sometimes, it's great to shop here. There are reps and associates available to help, but more often than not, you are not greeted, no one asks if you need help, or tells you about specials or deals. No flyers to hand out. Staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and lethargic. I like and am invested in the Rigid power tools, but this store is a pain to shop at.

I want to give Billie the cashier in the front, she went above and beyond to help me. I am very grateful for her.

Despite being extremely busy every associate I met and asked questions of, took the time to answer questions. If they did not have the answer they used their cell phone to look it up. I would recommend Home Depot anytime.

I shopped the garden section and seen the display of the big planters and the beautiful design of the plants and flowers inside and it gave me inspiration to do that in my yard. Thanks to Derek I was able to design a beautiful flower bed!

I went in today to purchase a ceiling fan and a screen door. I asked for help with the ceiling fans and the employee was so bothered by the fact that I needed help he rolled his eyes at me and walked off saying the ones you need are all spread out. I needed a ceiling hugger type for short ceilings. He spent less than 2 minutes trying to help me. I guess he doesn’t get paid to help people. I needed the door but I decided I will go to Lowe’s for that where maybe I can find better help and friendlier employee. I won’t be back to this Home Depot.

Just purchase flooring for our master bedroom, the process was easy do to the professionalism of the floor team (Ken & James) Thank you for taking care of your customers.

Pretty much every employee I’ve interacted with in many different departments are so helpful and knowledgeable. I learn something every time I go in. its truly enjoyable to get my home improvement items there.

If you’re want to receive help in the lumber department I hope you have plenty of time and if you need help with the Manager good luck they are very inexperienced on how to handle customer service and complaints

We come to the store monthly for the kids workshops. The area is always tidy, and the employees running it are always kind. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of.

We paid for our carpet in January 2023. They failed to deliver. Delayed for over a month and yet they don’t know if they are going to deliver our carpet. Store manager and associate not helpful at all. I will definitely not ordering any service to install anything from this store. Don’t do anything regarding Carpets or flooring installation. They keep saying they are on back orders.
