Customer service is highly inconsistent here. Better to take a few extra to go somewhere else if you want consistent customer service.

Associates at cashiers did not honor the online price, and the price in store was the same. The item rang up higher, but would not honor the posted pricing.

Belinda provided excellent customer service for my no receipt return and insured I was taking care of. Kudos to Belinda and home Depot of lake Worth.

The Home Depot #6549 Lake Worth is a great store,but the on time delivery is horrible!

I've had multiple errors from this store on multiple orders. When I talk to customer service at the store or even from Atlanta they really don't seem to care. If you're in need of anything other than the basics don't get it here. Special orders or ship to store they have problems with. Even the curbside pickup takes a while and is not very convenient. Everytime I go to customer service they seem to be huddled talking and it takes a minute for them to acknowledge you and assist. The parking lot is way too unorganized and not very easy or safe to navigate. Best of luck if you have a problem.

The store was clean. Everything I was looking for was easy to find and in stock. I had a pleasant stroll through the outdoor plant area which was fully stocked with the most beautiful plants for both indoor and outdoors. My cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable when asking questions about specific plants. She also shared some of her own planting tips with me which made my day extra happy.

I had a Penske pickup at noon and was told by the associate with long hair in a pony tail that the truck reserved has not been delivered and it would be 20 minutes. I told him I was dropped off and didn't really have the time to wait but I'll have to wait. I went back to the tool rental counter and it was a different cashier that was older and when I asked about the status he said the truck had been ready. When I asked if that meant the truck was ready when I originally came in he said yes and then started to laugh. I told him this was not funny and I am very upset. He then started to make an excuse for their mistake and poor training and I stopped him and said I didn't want to hear an excuse. He then said people don't want to hear excuses and just want to complain. I found this shocking and upsetting that he would say this to my face. After I paid he then kept trying to make an excuse for the previous associate until I heard everything. This just made my experience worse and obligated to share my experience. I hope they make some changes and actually put focus on customer service and no more excuses for their mistakes. In the end I just wanted them to say they made a mistake and he couldn't even do that.

This store is very well organized. Can find items easily when shopping for the item or items you need. It is also very easy and fast to check out when finished shopping. Love this Home Depot

Greg your U.S. Army Vet./Employee, and one other lady, are the only two persons there that not only know what they're doing, but also cares about your customers enough to treat them well. Promote Greg to some level of Mgt. This store is far too big to have only two employees who give a squat, and one who's truly worth his salt.

Employees refused to accept proper identification for veterans discount. Cashier was incredibly rude.

THEY DO NOT HAVE A FAMILY-RESTROOM OR SINGLE-PERSON-USE-RESTROOM TO TAKE YOUR DAUGHTER IF YOU ARE A FATHER AND HAVE NO ONE TO TAKE HER TO THE WOMENS RESTROOM AND NOT HAVE TO TAKE HER TO THE MENS RESTROOM

Several projects for my classroom have been completed because of the help I received at this location. As a teacher my budget is not happy with me right now but Home Depot is LOL. I did learn that wood does not actually come in the measurements stated on the material.

If you need something from Home Depot that involves the Garden Center "supervisor", go to another Home depot. I thought he was just having a bad day the first time, but he was rude to customers, condescending to employees and a flat out liar on multiple occasions. Everyone else was very nice and helpful!

I had the nerve to tell Linda in plumbing that I was looking for 143 10’ pieces of PVC pipe. AND I needed them cut in half! I assumed I’d have to go to many different stores and buy 20 at a time! Linda cut every single one and I walked out an hour and 1/2 later with all of them 286 pieces of 5’ PVC! Absolutely fabulous customer service! William pitched in too! I’ll never go anywhere else!
