My husband and I visited the Home Depot Lake Worth Store on 12/31/22 to get a quote on kitchen cabinets for a Mother-In-Law house we have been working for the last couple of years. Since the price of building materials keeps going up we were not sure this route would be affordable. By trade, my husband, is a remodeler and carpenter and is very capable of building the cabinets but thought we would give Home Depot a chance to price them. The day before we had gone to Builders Surplus in Haltom City for a design and build quote. The difference between the two was the price and Home Depot was able to give us a better design and more affordable pricing. Our design consultant at Home Depot was Jack Redding who is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We are super excited these were affordable and they will be delivered to our home. Thank you Home Depot for making my husband job much easier now since all he has to do is install them now. Thank you Jack Redding too.

There is a gentleman Derek, in the garden who is very helpful. He was willing to help me with everything I had questions about.

Good luck finding help, and good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. I sat on hold for 30 minutes, just for someone to answer and immediately put me back on hold without saying anything. This has been a repeated experience, not just once.

I BOUGHT COUNTER TOPS AND SO HAPPY WE DID

Customer service was the worst I’ve experienced in a while. Literally had workers avoid eye contact to discourage me from asking for assistance. I got the message loud and clear. 20+ minutes and not one offer for help.

Placed and order for over $5000.00 today and the sales person Doty, was extremely helpful and efficient. A very pleasant experience overall

I was loading fencing material with one Home Depot employee and the next thing I know is there are more of helping. They had me loaded and on my way in minutes.

The employee that helped us was very knowledgeable. He did not try to do what he had to do but he went over and beyond. We left there knowing that we could go back anytime and expect to get the same superior help. We would recommend to everyone.

This is one of the better home improvement stores that I've had the opportunity to visit. All the employees that I've had contact with are very eager to help, whether I need it or not, and actually follow-up with "Did you find everything you need?", instead of disappearing or what I like to call "Hiding". Very pleased every time I visit this particular store. Would highly recommend this store if your in this area!

Wanted a color matched sample. The girl behind counter did nothing to help solve solution. Waited 30 minutes for a sample.

Had everything I needed

I went in to buy a Dewalt sander, turns out there was a sale going, if you bought the sander you got a battery and charger for free! Right up my ally, went to the register and it was picking up the sale. Turns out the sale wasn't active until the end of the month. The honored the sale and provided great service while coming up with their solution.

Ordered a fridge, got a great price and all kinds of help from the sales team! Thank you!

This store has outstanding employees who were willing to go out of their way to answer questions and give directions to the products I needed. The cashier was especially pleasant and efficient. I usually shop at Home Depot in Weatherford but really liked the employees and the help at Lake Worth. Only negative is the geographic location and access from Jacksboro highway.

This is my third trip to this store for flooring, each time I asked someone to get a pallet down because it was not stocked. Both times I asked multiple employees for help and sat there for 45 minutes. I just walked out both trips. Went again yesterday to get the flooring and see if it was stocked on the shelves. It wasn’t. So I ask someone again, well after 30 minutes someone finally comes back and says they will help. The female employee made extremely rude comments about the quantity I needed and I said well if it was stocked on the floor I wouldn’t have to ask you for help. Will not be back here, I am beyond done with this.

Lexi is absolutely the very best customer service representative I have had interaction with in like FOREVER. She helped us yesterday & she waived & said "Hi" today when she saw us today. I joined the CS line to pick up my online order & my turn brought me to someone else. Lexi dropped by & asked our associate if there was anything she could do to help us because she helped us yesterday. Lexi is the only thing good I can say about the HD franchise. She should be commended for a job well done!!!!

Have the worst customer service experience every time I shop here. Home Depot is my first choice when purchasing materials for my business but the associates at this store needs a lot of training in customer service.

This store is awesome. The store is clean and neat and always has plenty of supplies. The check ladies are very friendly and usually smiling.

I encountered Steve and Angel at the store today and they were both very very friendly ! Ángel was able to translate some stuff that I needed and pointed me in the right direction and Steve was able to nicely walk me through and help me everything else I needed ! Very great teamwork ! I appreciated the help from them two ! Will be looking for to coming to Home Depot again and specifically asking them two for help when needed

Even though the White Settlement store is 7 or so miles closer I usually end up at the Lake Worth location. Better selection and product stock here for sure!

Store was organized and our flooring salesman maybe named Gary was thorough and it was weekbefore I went back to pay and the Manager of that department helped me took my payment and advised of scheduling w Cooper. All took a while to come through but very happy with Cooper and finished vinyl flooring in living room dining room and kitchen
