I had a super positive experience with Jessica Phillips in the cabinet department. It took me over a month to commit to my selections and she was very patient and helpful.

We went to get play sand to fill our umbrella base and they had exactly what we needed. We then met an extremely friendly and outgoing cashier who had over 60+ badges and his name was BJ- keep your ears peeled for his friendly, sunny disposition.

I ordered 1600 sq ft of luxury vinyl flooring plank from Home Depot after shopping at their primary competitor and on-line. What made the difference was Sharon McCrary, the flooring specialist. She's super helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and funny! Very easy to work with.

I tend to shop at material supply stores often. And I just wanted to let everyone know that the Lakeline Home Depot location is extremely organized and material is plentiful. An employee by the name of BJ helped me out and made my visit well worth it. This Gentleman is very knowledgeable on equipment and one of the most friendliest salesmen I have met in years. Good luck on your experience!

The employee helped me to organized a list of supplies for my project and thought of things I would not have thought about.

This store has the absolute best employees that are very knowledgeable and helpful! You do not have to search for someone to help you! They literally come looking for you.

Two employees, Jim and Jake, went above and beyond to bring a pallet from behind the store, so I could get my one item I needed desperately. The App showed the item in stock and they made it happen. They went above and beyond!

It seems that whatever I need, Home Depot has it. I enjoy shopping at the Lakeline Store in Austin. They have what I need - when I need it.

I had to buy some parts for work and it was an easy process. The cashier Megan was really nice and very helpful with explaining the process for the commercial Home Depot card I had from work. Just an overall easy and nice experience.

His name is TOM at the Hardware department. His knowledge, willingness to help were above and beyond expectations. He knows where everything is and know what you need for your project. Way to go Tom. Assumpta as an employee at this location and consistently provides the rudest and most demeaning interactions. What is her problem?

At least today, folks were in a jolly mood and stock (what we were looking for anyway), was good. Upsold on the work gloves by an employee whose name I did not catch. B.J. at checkout was a treat. Some might have found him over the top -- but not us. Left feeling pretty nice about life in these darkish times. Thanks.

Purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher. They had a good selection of DW's to choose from and even with the supply chain crisis our government has pushed us into, they had availability of what I wanted.

I came in to buy a carpet cleaner for a job of mine. The employee, BJ, made my experience very simple and also quite fun. He was a good man and he took great pride in his work. It was a nice thing to see. Not only that, but he was very informative in walking me through the process of applying for, paying, and managing my home depot credit card.

I received very professional services at the key center and at checkout. Attentive staff and well stocked store.

I went to the Homedepot to but somethings for where I work in Cedar Park TX when I finished picking up what I needed and when I was done there I went to the self checkout counter to pay for the stuff I had there was one item that I decided not to but and this man came over to help with the item I needed taken off of my purchases and he did his name is BJ and what a nice pleasant kind humble very Godly man he is very professional kind hearted he must be a Christian I didn’t ask him but next time I will ask him when I go back to the Homedepot this man should be the store manager ok

Went into the Lakeline store early, before I had to go to work to buy a washing machine. Patricia helped me order it online, along with applying for the credit card. She was great! we hit some snags while on the phone and she never lost her Great cust. service! great personality and her co-worker sitting across from her that day, also very nice. Made the snags a lot more bearable with those 2 helping! all worked out!

I needed to replace some interior door handles with locking handles. These are some upgraded ones where they were curved and needed to be turned certain ways. Mike Chow the department supervisor at this Lakeline Home Depot store spent extra time to educate me on the door locking mechanisms, find the right door lock, help take apart the handle so it faced the right way, reassembled it, and helped me on my way. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and ready to serve! If it weren’t for him and the other friendly staff I probably would’ve left empty handed and very frustrated. But because of the care that they provided I walked out with three new door locks. Thanks Mike and Home Depot!

Tried to return an item to Home Depot today. Had a receipt and wanted it back on my card. I bought this item without an id and they wanted my id to return it with a receipt. Basically back handed calling me a thief. All ready had credit card info on receipt and what person would return an item to someone else’s credit card. Another company tracking me. Cut it out HOME DEPOT!!!!!

I love this particular Home Depot. I go there all the time for all my project and gift needs. The employees are always very friendly and inviting and eager to help me and finding whatever it is I'm looking for. What a great store!

Had just been to a competitor and was unhappy w/the lack of service, and thus went to the Lakeline Home Depot, in search of a replacement fridge, for our 3-year-old Kenmore that is failing. Laura assisted us, and she was just awesome, given her knowledge, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. She turned a bad day, into a good day!

We purchased a refrigerator and a washer/dryer set for our new home. The sales associate was very helpful and took time to answer all of our questions and looked at a lot of different options for us. We shopped around for prices and felt confident we got a good deal and bought the right coverages.

The employees here, really are there to help you.
