My mom and I went to buy large pots for our container gardening and some mulch. The pots we wanted were up high on a pallet and Danny had pallets in that aisle moved and brought down the pallet with the product we wanted. Donovan was also very helpful in answering questions and helping us find the things we wanted. Both men were very friendly and gave us the time we needed to get our questions answered.

Best customer service I’ve ever received at a Home Depot. I’ve been shopping this store for years, but this is the first time I’ve had an employee be so friendly and helpful! Sean was knowledgeable and courteous as we searched for the appropriate lightbulbs for our new chandelier. Great experience overall.

One of the manager and the employee did not understand the cut lumber rules. It is 2 free cuts per piece of lumber, however they said it is 2 free cuts per person instead of per piece of lumber. I had to argue and get 2 different managers out who disagreed on the policy until they finally let me utilize the 2 free cuts of lumber instead of 2 free cuts per person. After i brought up the wiki pages about the lumber policy. All the signage at cashier and cut stations should be updated. Thank you.

Ty was a great help to helping me find my Christmas tree base when others didn’t really seem to care

We were after a new vacuum cleaner (I know--so exciting!) and had had an irritating experience with Target earlier in the day. The Home Depot on Lander was so much better! They a) answered their phone and confirmed they had the item in stock--and even told us the aisle number for it, b) had an employee standing right next to the vacuums who c) unlocked the case and handed over the item, d) checkout was instantaneous and quick with an efficient woman ringing us up, accepting that we didn't want to apply for a Home Depot card and thanking us for our business. Total time in the store was well under ten minutes and that included pausing to look at refrigerators between one point and the next. The store is pretty convenient to a bus stop too.

Our company spends 300k per year at Home Depot. We find the app to be very helpful, as well as all the nice store associates. They are all so helpful!!

Deka at the Lander Seattle Home Depot made my day again. I was having a bit of a down day and she quickly facilitated my purchase and her pleasant nature lifted my spirits. Its nice when people can take a genuine interest on how you are doing. Deka rocks!

TWO DAYS TO GET A LOCK RE-KEYED, NO EXPERIENCE WITH EMPLOYEES TRYING TWICE THAT TOOK 2 1/2 HOURS. GO TO LOEWS IT TOOK 15 MINUTES AND THEY HAD PLENTY OF STOCK ON THEIR SHELVES. Get your employees training and Management get some training on proper Customer Service!

Her expertise and dedication ensured that I not only found everything I needed but also took advantage of some remarkable discounts. The overall experience during my visit was nothing short of fantastic!

Helpful, respectful, resourceful, good problem solver, knowledgeable about many different things. I was able to resolve several home projects with just 15 mins w this great employee. I may have said he was from Texas. Well there loss and Washington states gain!

I’ve been to this location many times and had the pleasure or checking out with Amira on several occasions. She is very friendly, easy conversation and can crack jokes with us as we wait for her to ring up our cartloads. She’s quick to get the lines down and even get through our items as we usually buy an excessive amount of things. She makes shopping at this location that much more enjoyable while picking up supplies for the job.

I do not write reviews. This is my first one. This store was clean and the customer service was excellent. After not getting my needs met by a competitor, I went to this home depot. I was immediately greeted and directed where to go by Trixi. I was connected with Mohed who assisted me with my project needs. The store was well stocked with lumber and other items to complete my project. I will definitely be returning to this specific Home Depot for future needs.

I visited for the first time this week and was astonished with the above and beyond service. Most unusual for such a store. I was greeted at the door and personally escorted to the needed departments where I found exactly what I needed.

There are always employees ready and willing to help customers.

Sunshine in the paint department is thorough, fast, and knowledgeable.

I needed a ladder, and I was helped by friendly staff member not only finding the item but getting it off the rack and offering to carry it for me.

I had such a lovely experience at the Lander Home Depot this evening. My cashier was so kind and lovely. She took the time to ask me about my day and greet me with a smile. It made me feel seen and like a person and not just another customer. Will definitely keep on coming back to this store to shop.

I got to the store 5 minutes before closing on Christmas Eve, desperate to get a tree for my kids. Alberto met me at the door and helped me through the whole process, from finding the trees to loading my tree into the car. Top-notch customer service, and a great start to the holiday! Workers there seem to be doing you a favor if they answer your questions. Some look bored and others are simply rude. Of all the stores in Seattle, this is my least favorite. Glad there are alternatives.

The employee Alan at pro desk is so rude, please avoid to check out at his register. He kept my item while he was on the phone for a long call and told me “I think you steal it”.
