We have had an excellent experience at this store. We started out with Jerry Heniff in Kitchen and Bath design some months ago and Jerry has patiently taken us through the entire kitchen remodel process, from layout to cabinet stain color and everything in between. He is the consummate professional and extremely patient to have guided us through so many meetings (due to changes on our part). At the same time we have interacted with many Home Depot employees from Wade in paint to Junior & Al in Hardware, Joseph in smart home products, Sunny in returns and a myriad of other employees who have taken wonderful care of us. While I had hoped to never be involved in a another home remodel as long as I lived, the folks at the Lander store have been top notch and very knowledgeable.

All of the employees I spoke to were very helpful. The Pro Desk was especially helpful who helped me place an order for 60 LED recessed ceiling lights that homedepot.com would only allow me to purchase 10. They arranged to have the items shipped to the store. Upon arrival at the store, they delivered the items to Alaska Marine Lines for the 750 mile barge trip to the remote Alaskan island on which we live. Great service!

There weren't some basic wallpaper supplies in-store, only on home Depot online. We were disappointed at first but Robert didn't stop helping us till we found something very similar to what we were looking for. That made our experience nice and we got what we needed.

Best of all Home Depot stores and we go to a lot of them! Extremely knowledgeable associates who have been at the store for a long time. There is happiness and camaraderie which makes for an extremely pleasant shopping experience. We hope this continues. These associates and all support staff strive and achieve excellence. We appreciate all the help they have given us for many years. Bravo!

I feel lucky to have this Home Depot in our neighborhood. The employees here are not just helpful they seem to possess knowledge on the items they are selling.

This store is always very clean, well stocked, and the personnel are knowledgeable, cheerful, and helpful. I have been shopping here for many years, and highly recommend this store in particular (even though they face stiff competition from my local hardware store, which is much closer). I always find what I am looking for easily even if not always by myself (i.e. I might have to ask where an item is). When I need assistance, I get it (for example, once something I needed was only to be found way up high above the customer accessible floor, so an employee had to get a “cherry picker” lift to get it from up high). Five stars!

Always have a good experience when shopping at the Lander store. I shop there several times a month. Good help and friendly checkers.

We buy a lot of products in this particular branch, but it's annoying when you buy something on line to get picked up (supposed is in stock) and then after 3-4 hours you just got a text with the cancellation order. ( Happened to me 3 times in the last month). They said that they tried to call me and sent me an email (that's not true) they just send me text saying "your order had been cancelled). I can understand that once in a while an error with the inventory could happen, but this is a pattern of been cancelling the orders without the proper notification to the costumer.

It's been very convenient and a real help to me now on numerous occasions.

This store sold us 20 rolls of sod which were yellow and dried out! Terrible experience!

This is a great HD. It’s hard to find anything in Seattle that has parking and is not over priced. Store is never too crowded and the staff are helpful. The only thing that I don’t like about this store, are the paper bags they use . The paper bags don’t have handles which is frustrating because I have to cradle my goods. Not a real winner’s move HD by not providing paper bags with handles.

I was so delighted by all the thoughtful help I received. Bailey (manager?) was immensely helpful and attentive. The man in electrical stuff (sorry, I didn't get his name) was fabulous, and Robin Hood (yes, a real name) in appliances was thorough and honest. Kudos! I will return even though it's not my closest hardware store.

An exceptional team of friendly professionals who are very knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service was extremely helpful and quick. Mr. Behailu from Customer Service is one of the best reps - very easy and smooth orders, etc.

Store associates, are always friendly and ready to help

As first time home buyers we have a lot of little home improvement projects that we are always working on, so we end up going to Home Depot a lot. Yesterday, we got lucky and got help from a very knowledgable employee - Paula. I think she works in the gardening section but she actually knew a lot about priming, painting, and staining decks. Not only did she walk us through what we needed to do, but she also helped us get everything we would to complete the project. And told us how to get rid of blackberry bushes! I honestly want to shop there only when she works. She was amazing!! Very good experience!!

Always have had great help if needed and everyone is friendly

Store seems short staffed for employees in the tools department. On other visits I have noticed this. I did receive fair and above board treatment from Cashier Myrtle. I have been in her line before. Myrtle is a hard worker and has a good work ethic.

A well laid out store with a huge inventory. The staff are extremely helpful.

I found everything I was looking for quickly and easily. The associates were kind and helpful and I was in and out of the store fairly quickly. Also, the products I purchased were well worth their price.

I have always liked homedepot. I receintly bought a dryer and lots of things at various times. when you ask for a survey allow the customer to express what happens instead of leading them in a series of yes/np questions. thanks

The sales staff at this store are extremely helpful and pleasant in all departments. They are patient with questions about items that one may not be as knowledgeable about as they are. I have shopped at this particular store for over three years and I have always been very pleased with the service that I received.

Sheila and Mark, in the paint department, and Kevin, the cashier at the Pro desk, are all such friendly people. They made my visit especially enjoyable today. Thank you!

Home Depot always has what I need for my project.

Employees are friendly, ready to help and knowledgeable. The shop is clean and organized. Special mention to Eric, one of the store managers, who helped us with an issue of late order. He was very understanding and professional of what needed to be said and done. So, thank you!

I'm not as young as I used to be, so I was really grateful when two employees -- Christian and Adam -- helped me haul twelve 80-lb bags of landscape stone out to my car. And when I tried to tip them, they thanked me but said they were not allowed to accept tips. Thank you!

The associates at the Appliances was helpful and very thorough. Cashier was happy, cheerful, helpful & attentive.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. When I asked for help they didn't treat me as if I was bothering them. They brought me to the aisle and made sure I was getting the correct item. The cashiers were quick and friendly. And there is several cashiers so that you are not standing in line forever.

You can't go wrong shopping at the Lander Home Depot. The customer is always top priority. From the staff on the floor to the cashiers, I can always count on first-rate service. They are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

Workers are always helpful and friendly. The Pro-Desk staff are very helpful.
