parked 3/4 mile away from baseball stadium close to Lander location. Decided to check out their cabinet hardware on the way home. Wow every single interaction was high quality and professional. Cart guy, merchandiser, flour associate, and cashier!

I was helped in the plumbing and lumber department and was pleasantly surprised by the time and energy spent by 3 different employees in a single shopping trip. Ask for Craig or Chuck for plumbing concerns and Andrew in lumber. Great experience all around.

I need to build up for drywall to separate rooms and came to make an order. I found all the things needed by wide choice of rates and prices.

I was able to get the majority of supplies needed to address my project. Was a little surprised what wasn't in stock, and had to be ordered online.

Michael at the Seattle (Lander) helped me order some Milgard windows. Sound transmission was a factor when choosing between the many glazing options. He was informative, pleasant and incredibly patient, all while taking price point into account. Very happy with my selection. Great job!

Since I started using this store about a year ago, I consistently find the shelves in this store to be stocked with what I need. This is not a given for other big box stores.

Every Time I Need To Get Something Handy, Fix Something, Etc I Always Think Of Home Depot, & Not Only That, The One On Lander St Off 2nd Is The One Location I Go To Most & It Has Great Employees & Stock Is Always On Stocked, It’s Only Been A Couple Times Where It Didn’t Have What I Wanted To Get, Recommend Is An Understatement !!!!

This man is great at what he does and should be training all the store employees nation wide on how to interact and help customers. He takes it to another level compared to most Home Depots.

The efforts of the kitchen designer, Jerry, and Clem at the Pro Desk were outstanding, in their attention to detail and ability to locate all the items needed.

In the present appliance shortage, we have been looking daily for availability of a few select ranges. We have found Home Depot to have a wider selection, better pricing, and availability for our needs. The MOD's at the Lander store, Jason, Courtney, and Chuck have been nothing but gracious, and fully committed to Customer service. WC and Angel in appliances know their stuff, and bring customer service to new levels. We never hesitate to drive a little further to visit a Home Depot, while passing the other home improvement stores. In our experience, the others do not hold a candle to the commitment to customer service, higher standards, or knowledge base that Home Depot provides. Thank you.

Marty is the plumbing section has helped me numerous times to select specific products just right for my DIY jobs. He is unfailingly knowledgeable and thoughtful.

Too many displays at the front! Hard to move your cart around displays of water, Coke, tools. After 30 minutes of this, I gave up and stopped ruining my back just to save a cardboard case of beverages.

I always find parking easy to navigate, even though this is not a huge parking area as might be the case in some suburban location. The RETURNS folks are always pretty cheerful and attentive, although there is not a lot of space ( people with carts and trolleys) to wait in line for this function.

This location is the best location that I have shopped at. I shop at Home Depot in Washington, California and Hawaii and they provide the best service. Cherry and Clem at the Pro Desk always provides top level service.

Horrible store to shop at. Extremely rude employees and very uneducated about their products... never will i step foot in that store again!

Staff and Cashiers are friendly

I hated to have only a box to answer that the item I purchased was not in stock. That item was a special order of an exterior door for a shed that opened outward, and was near salt water so needed special features and so you would not normally stock such a door. So out of stock is not a criticism in this case as it was a special item that required a special order, and that went well and I bought the door from you. BW

This store has THE WORST store manager. Jason needs to be demoted to parking lot patrol. Get your act together HOME DEPOT!!!!

This store in Seattle has the WORST customer service. The manager at this store is appalling. I had to contact corporate and the district manager to complain about Jason the manager. Get your act together. Oh, when you’re dealing with the public, wear deodorant.

This store is pretty great. No frills, great stock, helpful employees. I always leave here satisfied

Pro Center staff Behailu was extremely committed to getting my credit to work. I was impressed with his customer service.

My husband and I had good look running into Jerry Heniff for our bathroom/kitchen remodel. He was a fount of decorating and installation information, experience, and facts! We spent 2 hours of his time and never once felt we were an annoyance. We are looking forward to marble white countertops in our condominium. Unfortunately when we returned to the store to buy a sink, we stopped by the design department to ask a quick question about the air gap for the washing machine (9/8/2020, 7:30 PM). An older woman (with hair pulled back) informed us that it was unnecessary--Seattle no longer required installation. Turns out: FALSE! Hard to believe that she was so sure of herself. Could have been an expensive mistake had we not checked with the fellow who came to do measurements today.
