I came to the store needing help and young man helped me out the entire time I was in the store.

I just purchased appliances today and Kitty who works at the Laurel location was amazing. Customer service at it's best.

People were very helpful

I went to Home Depot in Laurel this morning looking for something from the electrical department and when I at first couldn't find it, I went to the main desk. They immediately called a staff member from that department who immediately greeted me and saw to my needs. The person was polite, helpful, and was very kind.

The young man at self checkout was so helpful and kind, keep up the great customer service.

The guy Victor at self checkout was very helpful and polite, overall my shopping experience at this Home Depot was great!

Carol was very helpful, after my situation she was able to help me in a professional matter.

There were no plastic bags in store the paper bags were too small to take my prchase also at 10:00am no cash lanes open

I am proud to state the cleanliness and store organization is better than other in the county.

Bought dishwasher. Paid for installation. Installer was confused about how to shut off water to dishwasher. Ruined laminate under sink. Incorrectly told me I needed a plumber. Paid for external installer who told me the Home Depot guy did not know what he was doing.

It's easy to locate things here because the store attendants are quick to assist you.

It amazes me to be in the store and associate after another almost pointedly ignore customers, and yet they are there for the sole reason to help customers! The store is clean, products readily available, too bad some associate attitudes stink. Starting with Kayann at the service desk, who refused to ring me up (2 paintbrushes) after picking up my special order. MOD Sean shows up and tries to tell me that the service desk doesn't have registers! I have paid for countless special order right there! If there had been a line of people waiting to return stuff, I can understand, but this is 2021, and with HDs heavy investment in technology, I dont see why it should subject customers to have multiple transactions in several places. I was very disappointed at how the MOD Sean handled things. Flexed his Boss muscles, and I flexed my customer muscles and cancelled my order and went to buy elsewhere!

Always a good experience when I go to this store.

Overall a very messy store. Shelf maintenance is poor. The paint supervisor Brenda is very argumentative, lacks professionalism and customer service skills. When she was asked by the key carrier Sean to assist the paint section she asked “who is the customer with the issue”. Instead of asking how she can help the next person in line she was ready to argue and be ignorant. I had to ask for a manager because it took almost one hour to fill a 5 one gallon paint order. One person Mia was working in the paint section meanwhile her supervisor Brenda spent 1 hour with one client in the early morning meanwhile the paint line increased. For a long weekend the store should have been more prepared. My overall rating of this shopping trip was very poor. Will be doing the survey shortly.

This location always has a good supply on the shelves. The people are always helpful even returning something on occasion - even when I bought the wrong item when I was in a hurry and did not ask for help. This is my favorite Home Depot location!

While this store has an adequate supply of product and material, your experience and enjoyment shopping there will be negatively impacted by the demeanor and attitude of some of the floor staff. recently asked for assistance in selecting a basic, inexpensive power tool. The "gentleman" who assisted did so begrudgingly and responded to me in a curt and disrespectful manner. He showed me one make/model of the requested product and acted as if I was bothering him because I interrupted a conversation he was having with another employee! As a "senior age woman", I am often ignored and/or reluctantly assisted -- and, ONLY when I approach a staff member. Here's the thing I wish the HomeDepot staff understood - customers pay your salaries. Treat us with a basic level of attention and respect. Like most seniors, I am a homeowner, who has lived in this community for over 25 years and I have both the time and disposable income to use on home improvement/DIY projects. I, however will not spend that income where I am not valued, welcomed or respected.

Cashier Rianna very unrespectful, I'm a costumer that was asking her to measure my wood she just guessed and charge me twice after I said she was wrong she had attitude and start raising her voice at me.

Overall good customer services, and good environment.

Very often when I go to this store, I find an empty shelf for products I need. But if I order the same products online, they magically appear and I get notified my order is ready for pick up within an hour or two. Store associates are not helpful at all when I ask about an item that is not on the shelf but shows a large in-stock quantity online in The Home Depot app. The other big problem with this store is the aisles are too cluttered with step ladders that associates use for stocking. They also stage large special orders in the lumber aisles making it very cumbersome to access lumber and other building materials.

Be careful going to this store! The caulk I bought there was dated 12/2020 and they overcharged for lumber. The tag said 9.37 and the system charged me $14.98. Even when I brought it to the cashier's attention and he asked me to return to the bin and snap a picture, he still overcharged me. The 2x2x8' was supposed to be a little over $2.00. When I got home, you guessed it, the system charged $4.57 each, almost double!!!! The last thing a store should want is poor customer service and overcharges such as this. The bad tube of caulk caused delays for my customer and a return trip to return the bad tube. If you don't treat your customers right and empower your employees to do the right thing, the customers will go elsewhere.

There is never anyone available to assist with questions and purchases at this store. Most of the cashiers and representatives that you deal with are unprofessional. I really bothers me to shop at this store, but I go for the convenience. The customer service is horrible.

It took over 10 mins for an employee to assist with making the keys I wanted. Monet was nice and friendly at the cash register.

In my experience shopping at Home Depot stores, Laurel is not considered as a large store; however, my experience is that this store many times has a better selection of products which I need than larger stores in a 10 mile radius have.
