Good store and location in Laurel to shop. Anthony the sale associate who helped me is a great guy. It is fun to shop with him because he always go the extra mile to ensure his customers are happy.

i wll be back to shop. I was helped by Maggie from the pro desk. Her customer service was excellent. She helped me find what i was looking for. I have been here before and it seems as if they were to busy to help me, but i asked her and she help me out right away.

Poor customer service. Placed order online for store pick-up. The item arrived but no one had any idea where the item was. When I called to inquire, staff promised to call me back with an update, but she never did. On my second call, I was told the people who can help were off that day. Finally went to the store but was only offered a refund. I do not want a refund. I want my order. The item was a pack of batteries that they could have just pulled from the shelf to resolve the issue. But no, they just kept telling me that my stuff is in the store but they can't find it.

The customer service I received from all the staff at the Pro Desk today was amazing! Anthony's assistance was great. I've never received such focused attention to my needs at the Pro Desk. He was very patient in trying to assist me with my purchase order. He took the time to research through various sites to find the items I was ordering. Offer curbside service but ignored me for almost two hours. i was on hold that long. tried to call a manager and that line was having technical issues. I went in and picked up my product and arrived at home and was still on hold 1hour and 45 minutes later. no excuse for that. don't offer a service you have no intention of providing

rude employees, employees in the paint department did not properly mix the paint causing it to go on unevenly and discolored.

employee used a racial slur towards me.

This is a good well-run store. Employees are always helpful. Shelves are always stocked. I sometimes need to have lumber cut and am always able to find somebody to do that for me. Also I sometimes need to ask to have something taken down from high shelving. Again, people are always willing to help out. Ever been to a store where the employees can't be found and are surly when you find them? That's a real turn-off. But this store is never like that. Keep it up and you'll always have my business.

The quality of customer service has been steadily declining for years, as has the number of employees on the floor and in the aisles. Customer service desk is always understaffed. Employees are beginning to show a resentful attitude toward customers instead of being friendly and politely helpful.

The cashier, Rianna in self checkout, exceeded my customer service expectations today. She takes pride in her work and is very confident. Although there was a line backed up due to the main cash registers being closed, she was able to get us all out in no time. She made sure to remind the next customer in line which needed help, that she'd gladly be of assistance in a split sec, if she was in the middle of assisting someone else.

Cashier was rude

I had an issue with an order. I returned to the store to explain that I hadn’t receive one of the items in my order. I was quickly told by Ms. Carol that “it says released” on your order. She said this twice before calling over a manager to assist with the order. The manager came over and started to look for the tile, however, Ms Carol told him to stop when I said I wanted to return the item. The manager, Mr Robbie then came over to tell me that he would need to check the security cameras before Initiating the refund. At this time, Carol comes over to me to let me know that I was “on a high” and needed to “watch the way I talk to people”. I was in the store for two hours trying to resolve this matter. I received some of the worst customer service I have in some time and will likely not visit again until it’s resolved and/or addressed.

The store was clean but busy, employees were helpful and courteous. Inventory was abundant. I received assistance with my purchase.
