I like this store because it's nearer home and so use to shopping there. The store associates are willing to assist at all times.Also, I am so familiar with the store. Will continue to do shopping with them.

The appliance supervisor Michael was extremely helpful he assisted with all my questions on my purchase and even called BGE to have them pick up my appliance for a rebate for me. Thank you so much Michael.

The store is always clean and well stocked. I have always been able to find what I need, and I have had good experience with the associates. I have been able to familiarize myself with the layout of the store without feeling that things have been moved around every time I go.

Better attention is needed to your parking lot. Free up more spaces, clear carts, junk, etc. Police it better for people hanging out. Don't need people coming up to my car door window.

I went to this location today to take care of a warranty claim on an Emco storm door I purchased there several years ago. I was in the store for 35 minutes, and despite 2 customer service employees paging a clerk to help me, and a person in the lumber department doing the same, help never arrived, so I left. If I didn't have to take care of this warranty claim at this store, I would NEVER return.

Home Depot in laurel is my go to store for all my DYI needs weather I am shopping online or in the store HD always come through with the right materials for each project....and I do have a lot of projects. The people in this store are always nice and helpful which means a lot to me. I especially love the way HD paint program can match most paints and he cashiers are always readily available at check out to assist. So far my experiences have been great!

For special orders Anthony T. was a huge help. Best experience shopping in a long time!

Both Jay-Jay and Mike went above and beyond to help us in our quest. We ended up with an option that was what my wife was looking for, and I am happy with it. Mike went through several options for us, including the price and installation price.

Amazing customer service when looking for a light fixture. Staffer Mike couldn't have been more helpful securing an item from up high for me and when it wasn't what I hoped for he helped me locate exactly what I needed.

Found just what I needed at the price point I wanted to spend and it was of good quality and will hopefully give years of service. It was very easy to install and the project went exactly as expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

There were sooo much trash through out there store. Many associates standing around visiting, no since of urgency in assisting customers. Whatever they were discussing was more important than the customers time.... as if, the customers could wait on them and not the other way around. I would rather drive out of my way, not to shop at Lowes, but with this experience today, I am beginning to think this is the standard. Even the store manager was unavailable, no one apologised for this lack of concern, the cashier never greeted any of the 4 customers including me, nor thanked me for my purchases nor my service.

I would recommend the Laurel Home Depot not just because of the quality of plants they have in the garden shop but for the atmosphere the employees provide. I have always seen them upbeat, smiling, and ALWAYS willing to help regardless of what I needed.

This store in Laurel is not as new as some of the other stores and not as big but the staff are very friendly and very helpful and it’s always clean and tidy .

Bad customer service,selection in lumber, not clean, I love home depot as a contractor but not this location.

The store opened on time, the employees eager to assist the potential customers..The store is clean, and well organized; if there is not a sales associate available in a particular section any available employee has the knowledge to answer your question or get the person who can, you are not left stranded.
