I usually go to the Lenoir City store when I’m in town to visit my mother. I have been to a lot of Home Depot stores; this is by far the best!

A gentleman named RL helped me find several plumbing fittings for various projects. If you’ve ever ventured the fitting aisle then you know it can be overwhelming trying to piece together your needs… RL was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and quickly found the items I needed.

The employee name RL was really helpful in plumbing and I give him Five Stars !!!!

I bought river rock for my landscaping project but I'm handicapped and needed assistance. A young man helped me load many bags of river pebbles into my vehicle. Very helpful and very nice.

I don't think I've ever gone into a big box store and had such a nice experience. Every employee said hello and asked if I needed help. I got eye contact, smiles - and not one shrugged their shoulders and walked away if asked them where something was; they actually looked it up! I don't know what management is doing there, but they need to share it with the other managers in the other HD's in the area!

I needed a product that would fill a few predrilled holes in a wood dresser drawer and then color the product to match the face of the wooden drawer. I asked a staff member and he took me to the isle and pointed out the correct fill and a correct item to use in colorering the product to match the drawer. It looks great now.

Christie is the best cashier we deal with. We buy bulk for our drywall company and she is always going above and beyond to help us. She always has a positive attitude and treat us like we are family. She always makes our experience easy and we always leave in a great mood when she’s working! She is simply the best!

I'm so used to going to big box stores and being totally ignored by employees that my last two trips to Home Depot have been amazing. associates greeting you as you walk through the door and continue through the store, stopping to ask how you are, can i help you. I'm 71 years old and these last two trips felt like I had gone back to a time when customer service was given without exception. I think home depot is on the right track and hope it will continue.

I had a flood in my kitchen due to a dishwasher leak. Needless to say , my floor was ruined. Upset of course We had to replace it. The persons we spoke with calmed our anxiety and took over the situation and helped us through every step of the process to obtain a new floor. I cannot wait to see the finished product!!

The washer and dryer stack was displayed well and with the help of Dottie I am sure to enjoy my purchase.
