I tried to speak with an employee to order a few doors, but he was with another customer. I waited over a half hour and he never even acknowledged my presence. I asked another employee who was walking through the department, but he worked in lumber and couldn't help me place an order. Either they need more employees or better training to allow employees to help customers in other departments. Even a simple "I'll be with you shortly" would have helped dramatically.

Almost half of the employees at this store do not wear masks, or wear them improperly. Employees seem to gather around the customer service desk where they talk or text on their phones rather than assist customers. The parking lot is littered with trash, cigarette butts, plastic bags, etc. The grass and vegetation are not properly maintained. The store's carts are dirty and often have broken or wobbly wheels. Carts are left scattered around the parking lot, creating a risk of damage to customers' vehicles. This store is often out of products which I can easily find elsewhere. This store is clearly poorly managed, and I am disappointed that HD leadership has not stepped in to correct problems.

Marla at the service deck was very helpful and answered all my questions with an answer not with I'm not sure let me ask someone. Great experience.

I live in west knoxville and prefer the Lenoir City store. Both are great but LC is easier to get in and out and not so busy easier to get help.

We shop frequently at this store and find the associates to be helpful and friendly. On rare occasions we may have to go to a larger Home Depot store to find a particular item.

Everything I needed was in stock and the employees where nice and helpful.The cashier Patrick was extremely helpful patient and kind helped me with my debit card and done anything I asked definitely the way any cashier should be and act.good job Patrick!!!

We have made many purchases there love the prices, and assistance ! Kitchen cabinets, flooring, quartz countertops, faucet, and much more. We are very pleased and we have quite a drive to Lenoir City (and we have a competitor near-by.) love Home Depot

Worst customer service of any Home Depot around. I will not spend another dime in this store. I will drive out of my way to shop at Lowe’s from now on.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience shopping Black Friday weekend. Store manager, Ronnie and Appliance specialist Dottie were extremely helpful both Friday & Saturday. We were able to order the appliances needed and finish our shopping within 15 minutes of deciding. Wonderful shopping experience. The employees were knowledgeable about their products. They were friendly and efficient. Would recommend Home Depot #0740.

As always, the Lenior City store is clean, well stocked and full of really helpful and kind employees. I always shop here.

We had great customer service. All the workers were very friendly and eager to help. We were able to get what we were looking for 50% off. The cashier has helped us several times and is always very friendly and efficient!

Every employee were friendly and tried to help. After 2 weeks of multiple visits, multiple emails and multiple phone calls to the store and corporate I was unable to purchase and have installed hardwood floor. Home Depot has become to big to function. It was like dealing with a government agency. I hate it because I like Home Depot

The employees at this location make the shopping easy. All we encountered were happy to direct us (or take us to) to the correct location for the many varied items we were interested in. The most impressive part of the shopping trip was the freiendly and knowledgeable attitudes of the employees. The only drawback for the entire day was the sticker shock related to the increased price of virtually all wood and wood products.

After a frustrating trip to a nearby competitor to gather facts, it was a pleasure to go to Home Depot and speak with alert, knowledgeable, and effective employees.

Went to buy the Milwaukee M12 hacksaw SKU#002-598-474 @ 179.00 w/ multi cutter SKU# 939-553 as free tool. All these items are locked up at the displays and require someone to get them for the customer for EVERY purchase. Notified TWO employees at the PRO desk (20 feet away and can see me waiting at the end display). I waited 25 minutes and no one came. The two employees left the Pro desk 5 min after I asked since there was no one requesting services. There were plenty of employees just standing around not involved with any customers. I went to customer service after I waited 25 minutes to see it was better, but found 3 employees behind the counter. I was the only one waiting (the store wasn't busy at this time). All three made eye contact and didn't ask if they could help (two were talking about weekend events not related to Home Depot). I only waited a few minutes before I left. Worst Home Depot store I've ever been in, and I've been in dozens throughout the southeast US.

The employees are always helpful they always know where everything is !
