Kudos to Derek for offering advice, testimony and overall rating for a new weed eater and huge thanks to Dawson in gardening. I was getting ready to load a cart with mulch and he walked up, asked how many bags and if he could load them for me. I could have done it myself, but really appreciated the above and beyond customer service.

The product was easy to assemble and I was assisted in my purchase by many associates.

Emily at the Pro Desk was so helpful she went out of her way to make sure all our questions were answered when we ordered new garage doors.

He showed me how to hake the connections and specifically cautioned on what NOT to do. He was a terrific help. I really appreciate his help and installation guidance. I don't get this level of professional guidance from other home / hardware supply outfits. I greatly appreciate HD's staff.

We love this Home Depot. Products are almost always in stock in Lenoir City, and we even frequently pick items up for family in neighboring suburbs where Home Depots are not as well stocked. The Manager here, Christine, could write a training manual on excellence in Customer Service.

I stopped in today to purchase propane. I approached the self service check out and the attendant (Linda-11728) jumped right in and took care of this purchase formerly since she was not busy. It was an unexpected surprise and very appreciated.

We just moved here and got a new house. I find all I need at Home Depot.

We always find staff helpful and friendly at this Home Depot store. They greet customers in the store, help us find items, and are always friendly and welcoming. The one individual with whom we have worked many times is Mary; she is helpful, friendly and welcoming. She has the perfect personality to work with customers.

She wasn't even working at a register, yet helped me check out faster through the self checkout than the 2 other cashiers who were talking with each other nit concerned about customer service.

Freda was my cashier and she was very nice and efficient, yet also took the time to ensure that I had found what I needed and was interested in making sure the entire shopping experience was pleasant. Not always do you find a cashier who goes above and beyond, but she did for sure!

Sara is one of the best employees that I have ever had in any shopping trip either at Home Depot or any other trip since I have moved to the area. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and listens to my needs and answers all of my questions accurately.

I was excited when home depot decided to put a store in that location. Usually has what I need. Employees are very helpful.

I bought a 50 ft. cortex solid drain pipe today. It was held for me overnight in Lenoir City to drive about 35 miles to pick up. The associate walked me to the drain, carried it to the register and loaded it in vehicle. Professional. Friendly. Great shopping experience!
