Very happy with the service we received at Home Depot today.We are there every 2 weeks for remodels and get very good service.

Juan Villegas has renewed my faith that there are great employees "in big box stores". I'm a hard to please customer as I've been self employed for 35 years. It's very much a breath of fresh air when a store employee makes a real effort to "get it right" for a customer.

I just happened to be in Texas when the Rigid table saw went on sale. I was about a week late getting back. I mentioned this to Manny at Home Depot and he graciously honored the sale price. I’m a happy bee keeper now!

Chris was very patient, positive, kind, and helpful when I was looking at a mower and had lots of questions.

Every time I go to the Lewiston Home Depot I get the items I need, along with needed advice, suggestions, and information. The prices are good, there are are wide range of products available, and the staff are both friendly and efficent.

I started a home improvement project with only a concept. Madison, in customer service at the LC Valley store, took a great deal of time to help me take it from concept to reality, sold me the materiel that I needed, found me the best deals on the materiel, then followed up by referring a construction contractor to me to do the finished part of the job, when I had been unable to find a contractor to take on the project sooner than a year down the road. The customer service at this store is like no other I have encountered before!

I can generally find what I need, if not they can order. I like the option to have wood cut to size for my projects.

This store doesn't have many employees on the floor to help customer but when you do meet up with one, they are very friendly and helpful.

I'm a licensed handyman/carpenter and often have items that I'm asked to haul away. Instead of hauling to the local landfill I put the items next to the curb. I then take a photo and post on Craigslist under the for free listing. If Home Depot created an outside space/bin/cart area and filled it with the material that is destined for the dumpster 1. it would help those in need 2. create a great public image of compassion and caring about people and the environment for Home Depot.

This was the second time I’ve asked the younger evening employee questions about specific tools that both costed over 400$ so I wanted to make sure they were what I wanted and both times he could not answer nor did he want to spend the time or effort getting me the correct answer. In fact he could not even tell me what one of the 12V Milwaukee tools was, “huh never seen one of those before”

This store our favorite home away from our new remodeling home. Employees are right there to help you. Load our heavy items with a smile. Yep, we look forward shopping here n leave happy happy.☺☺

Good store and nice cashiers

My wife and I purchased a property in Pomeroy, Wa. and have been using Home Depot in Lewiston for some major remodeling of the existing property. The store and the Pro-desk have been outstanding to work with, and have been able to accomplish allot we never expected, with respect to special orders for roofing and some odd material. Since I'm a retired Vet the Military discount at the store is a life saver with the increase in lumber prices. So I recommed the team at Lewiston Home Depot for the best service and the best products you will find anywhere.

There was not an open check stand, everyone had too use the self checkout, to long of a line and I am not an employee. Open the check stands!

The Lewiston Store is a great place to get all your building needs addressed and supplied. I recommend the Pro-Desk as a good place to start and Joe who is an outstanding project/supply manager. Also there is a great loading area and the construction team goes out of its way to help load and direct customers to key products.

Purchase of our new appliances was seamless and professional. Delivery crew members were efficient and courteous.

I just bought my caravan utility trailer on 5-29-21 and I have seen the same trailer for a 1000.00 dollars more before taxes and ad ons, .couldn't be happier about the pricing and 24 month 0 finance charge

Helpful associates, neat and organized store makes products easy to find.

I travel 50 miles to patronize the Lewiston, Idaho Home Depot store.

There are big signs at the entrance that state all shoppers must wear a mask while shopping. Yet literally half the shoppers were not wearing masks, did not appear to even have a mask with them, and were even directly working with associates, without any regard to the posted requirement. It is a farce to have such prominent signs giving a completely false sense of safety to any shoppers then having absolutely no regard for their wellbeing. The associates were at least masked, but everywhere I looked I saw unmasked people closely dealing with masked associates that made no attempts to even mention the mask requirement, much less try to enforce it. I will not frequent this store, especially in this state, until a much higher percentage of Idaho residents have been vaccinated.
