I really like this store except for the fact that it seems that every time I go in there I have to try and locate some one to help me with knowledge of what ever product I was there to buy. It is very discouraging and time consuming.

I visited the Lewiston,ID Home Depot on Dec. 23rd 2019. The store was very busy as there was only one more shopping day until Christmas. Every employee that was not busy with another customer, greeted me and asked me if I was finding everything ok. When I got in line at the register, a employee who had just finished helping a customer saw me and called me over to a register and got me out of there efficiently and with very positive attitude. Thank you Melissa..and thanks for the smiley face on my receipt!

My family and I have bought many items from the store and have always had good experiences with everyone in every department that we have been shopping. Employees are always very helpful and eager to help us get what we need.Grumpy

I would especially like to thank the associate who helped get a cart for me when my wife and I selected the vanity we wanted. As she was helping me load it into my pickup, she noticed I had selected the wrong size faucet for the vanity. She walked me back to customer service and then stayed with me to find the correct size faucet for the vanily I wanted. I live in Pullman, some 45 miles alway from the Lewiston store. Because of her assistance I avoided having to make a 90 mile round trip to return a faucet I could not use. The other associates who worked with me were also very good in their service. It was a very good shopping experience overall.

This trip it was average. There was only one checkout open besides the self checkout. It was frustrating to wait, especially when there were employees out in the store, but only one till open. There were two people helping at self check out but that was not enough. poor staffing at that time.

Why would a Homedepot store refuse to honor the parent companies advertisement?

The employee that helped me during my visit was Amanda and she was very polite greated me with a smile and great customer service. Helped me find the thing I needed and even went over and beyond to help carry it for me as I am pregnant. What a wonderful place with great employees.

We went in to get exterior paint for the house and they were very helpful in explaining our choices with the different types of exterior paint. Once we made our choice it was a fast 10 minutes of mixing and we were out of there!

The Lewiston Home Depot is one of the best I have ever shopped at. Someone always ready to help you. If they can't solve your problem, they find someone who can. Easy return, friendly sales and cashier personnel.

I was shopping for a washer and dryer and the associate that helped me was knowledgeable and helped me narrow down my choices for what sets would be great for me -- then proceeded to look at the reviews with me there -- which made me change my choice to a different set. He made the process so easy for me!! I will definitely shop there again.

We love the ease at which to shop in Lewiston Home Depot. Have a wonderful variety of items to choose from. Prices are great, the store is neat and clean. The employees are extremely helpful at this particular Home Depot and we appreciate how thorough their check out cashiers are. Drew was able to check out our very large order quickly and efficiently and made sure to be thorough with each item. Very good shopping experience!

I needed flooring and appliances for a new home. I was unable to use the website, so called to place a lengthy order. Juan in appliances, and Grant in flooring, went above and beyond to accommodate me. Very professional and knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Juan and Grant!

The associates in this store seem to have very little knowledge of the areas they work in. It is nearly impossible to make a quick purchase and exit in a timely fashion. The one register that may be open always has a long line, and the self check outs usually have one or more disabled altogether, or won't take one form of payment.

I came into the Home Depot to purchase a push mower. There was only one in the store and it appeared to be a returned item. Very sad that individuals like myself in the lower income brackets are seemingly over looked or devalued as customers. The mowers that were available were high priced riding mowers. Way out of my financial market.

I have gotten very good service from several employees here and almost always find what I'm looking for.

I had a list a mile long and every department I went to i got kind knowledgeable help and. was in and out way faster than i had planned. Found everything on my list . Thank you for a great job.
