Surprisingly, this store still had a lot of beautiful, exotic houseplants available this late in the season. I wish I had taken a snapshot photo.

My basement flooded due to the recent heavy rains and Marco and his team made sure I had everything I needed and got me out the door fast so I could get to work. They saved me a bunch of time and a call to a contractor so I could clean up myself.

Every time I go into this location on Halsted in Chicago... I am always greeted and helped to check-out by ML. She is a great employee!

I bought a door knob to replace one that was malfunctioning. It was easy to install and I like the appearance.

I had the unfortunate luck of being rang up by Priscilla. She was very rude and unfriendly. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if it’s just her demeanor. Avoid her if possible.

I had to pick up oversized boxes and the sale cashier Ashley was very helpful.

Love this store! Not only does it look great, they layout is user friendly, the staff is so friendly and helpful, they have exactly what their website says they have so when you look for something and then go to purchase, it is there! Great store!!

The staff here was quite helpful locating a propane vs natural gas version of grill we wanted and helping to load it into our car and removing packing materials

I recently purchased a small appliance at the store but I am at the store frequently. I've made a few other small purchases this week alone. I had a receipt issue for the appliance and the manager was great and responsive. But in general I find the store clean, organized, with helpful and friendly staff.

The Returns desk is combined with Service and Pro -- it took me 90 minutes to get ONE basic return done. New cashier,plus supervisor, plus manager on duty couldn't figure out their system and why it was spitting cash instead of refunding credit card. Go to Elston or North Ave -- much better selection, availability, and most important dedicated CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We received excellent service in picking out a kitchen and tile.

I have been buying from this store since 2011 and had an excellent experience with customer service associates. I will especially appreciate Ashley, the store cashier.

While I was shopping a Big Rat crossed right in front of me. The employees had a I don't care attitude & the manager never answered or showed up at the customer service desk to even discuss the issue with me. If this Big Rat crossed the path of little children or older people they could get started, fall & hurt themselves.

I have visited the store multiple times since I started my new job. Every single time I go to the store there are so many employees for each department that it makes it so easy to get in and out super quick. When entering a new Department you will at least get asked if you need help once.

They didn’t have what I came in for but I still left with what I needed and more. Extremely helpful staff.

Store is always clean! Chris, hardware manager, has the best customer idea ever. I am came in frustrated and left with a smile. All problems solved. Chris approached me. Appreciated that!!! I was lost!! Customer service is the most important part of my experience. It’s not just getting the product I need. Very important to me!!! I will be back!!

Chris not only helped us brainstorm a project he gave us lots of options and the EXACT steps on how to do it. So excited for my next project.

Store is clean. Easy access to locate what you need when using your own home depot app.

The staff was visible on the floor. I asked where moving supplies were and the staff member directed me upstairs. Another staff member expanded on that and directed me to exactly where those were. A third staff kindly made way with her pallet so I could access the materials I needed. I went down to checkout and one of the staff members who directed me bagged my purchase and was efficient and kind. All around good experience.

Lincoln Park Home Depot has the best customer service.

The store it’s always clean the cashier are always very helpful. When I ever go shop I go ask Sayra to help me out. She always so nice and very friendly always very happy.
