Nice store, friendly people and great location

Small HD, don't even carry any sample size of other paint colors aside from black and white and the personnel are really unhelpful. Took me such a long time to self-checkout on 4 items because the HD employee was busy chitchatting her day away. When she finally came to authorize my gift card, she said with an attitude "I'm coming over, ma'am!" and yanked it from my hand. As a person who worked as a former cashier at a retail store, this really bothers me.

Too many store employees ask you can you help when you say yes I have a return Pro sales says I dont do returns. Any one can run a return it's so basic especially when I had the receipt for the product. Returns are, hit return button then scan receipt then scan products then finish and have customer sign and give both receipts. So many times over the years I have asked either for help finding product and have been given wrong aisle or go ask some one else. That attitude needs to change badly

The staff at this store are knowledgeable and always greet me with a smile. They really go above and beyond in meeting my expectations!

The staff in this store are so friendly, I shop back in Mobile Al when Im home, but the staff here beat them!!!

I own a building and have purchased a number of appliances from this store. I always work with Forrest. He is incredibly experienced and able to explain the more nuanced features of items in order to create a more informed decision on behalf of the customer.

Everyone here is always really nice and the customer service team always makes us laugh

The inventory is extensive. I was there on a Sunday morning and was having trouble finding what I needed for my project on the second floor . A sales associate came over, made some helpful recommendations and then walked with me down to the first floor to find the other items I needed to complete my project. This store is my new "go-to-store" for home repairs and improvements. Outstanding customer service !

Store is in a convenient location where big stores are not often found. Parking is easy and the staff has always been fairly helpful. The store is rather large for the location but still seems to be lacking options in certain areas.

I've been shopping at this particular Home Depot for many years and I ALWAYS find the staff friendly and helpful. They greet you the moment you enter the store and ask if they can help you find something. The store is always clean and I never have difficulty finding what I need. The facilities are also very clean and is appreciated.

I find all what i need there, very good prices ,very good service very attentive.

The associate (Juliata) I worked with in home decor (rugs,drapes,blinds) was phenomenal. She knows the products, gives good advice, and is incredibly efficient!! A reason to shop at the Lincoln Park store.

They are always very helpful and friendly at this store. Love the friendliness. Parking is awesome and easy and in a great area. Love shopping here even if I don't need anything. Can always find something I want or need. Highly recommend.

I advise calling the store before you go there to make sure they have what you want to see. You might have to go to a different location to see what you want. This store is good for designing your kitchen or bathroom and seeing the product. Except if you want to see the in-stock cabinets. They don't have them at this location. Go here when you have a lot of time. Sometimes it is crowded. The line to make keys had two people in front of me and three people behind me. The check out line was quick. This store is conveniently located.

I am currently working on renovating my kitchen. I am working with Kurt Singer who has been very attentive and helpful in design, cost perimeters and overall understanding of what I am trying to achieve in the renovation. I recommend this Home Depot and Kurt!

there are three or four Home Depots close enough to visit and depending on what I'm looking for I'll use different locations based on my need. If I need wood I'll go to one because there's a Menards near by. If I need stain I'll use another because around the corner is a Wood Craft. Need help in the plumbing area? See ”EB” if he's on duty. While I’ve been helped in some regards by many of HD staff over the years, t“EB” displayed the professionalism reflecting he is one of the very best. He really impressed me with his friendly and customer oriented attitude. “EB” went the ‘extra mile’ assisting me in finding the products I needed. He even walked me to the aisles to help me determine products with specifications that would meet my needs. I have done a lot of business with your store since moving from the Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrine destroyed our home. In almost every instance your employees are courteous, attentive and helpful. In these days of constant consumer complaints and experiences of store staff indifferent to customer needs, having such great employees as “EB” is most refreshing. Home Depot can be rightfully proud of all its employees. Their professionalism, customer service, and product knowledge remain the reasons I continue to do business with you.

I've been here a couple of times and notice how friendly everyone is. It's refreshing to have a store where people enjoy to be at work.

Workers were not helpful at all. No activity while I was there. I asked for help and five employees just stared at me. With no help whatsoever.

People are very friendly and helpful. The store layout makes it easier to go to various departments and parts of the store.

I'm an old lady who still likes to fix things and at this store all the employees are friendly and helpful. I can always find someone to assist me when needed or guide me when I don't know what to do. This store has a great variety of home improvement products and I always end up buying more that I had planned because while I'm walking through the store I might see something that I can use in my home or I will spot a product that I could use to fix or improve something I have. The prices are decent and I have shopped at Home Depot since I came to Chicago and will continue in the future.
