Tyler was exceptional both times we were in the store and he helped us in the electrical lighting light bulb area. Eli was also exceptional, our first time having him help us, but he went far above to find out answers for us. Give these boys a raise, good service anywhere is rare in today's world!

I had a particularly large order with many items. I was also in a hurry and needed help locating items, packing them on a pallet and loading them into a flatbed rental truck. Four employees helped me out in the most professional manner!! Thanks Joanna, Tim, Gavin and Tamra! You guys rock!

I went to this Home Depot today and there were plenty employees to help. Unfortunately the prices are absolutely unacceptable and outrageous. When the Democrats of the last 3 or 4 years have allowed the price of diesel to go up to $5 a gallon and not do anything about it everything in America moves by a truck and you can't buy a piece of PVC fittings for less than a buck and a half anymore. Just pathetic.

This Home Depot is literally in my backyard (I can see it from my bedroom upstairs window) so it’s wonderful it’s conveniently close, but also it has the better, faster and nicer customer service and workers. They usually have most things in stock and very rarely will they not have what I was looking for. I highly recommend coming to this location. Lincoln is a small town so you get the small town experience and service and there isn’t ever a ton of people inside. Checkout is fast and they provide self checkout and plenty of workers to help.

I bought 6 , 5gal. Citrus trees. They will be planted in my backyard tomorrow . I hope they survive well and produce lots of good juicy fruits.

This Home Depot always has everything in stock. The employees are kind and efficient, making check out a breeze!

Every time we go to the Lincoln Home Depot the service is TOP Notch.

We ordered a shower insert that was shipped to the store. Upon arriving to pick up our order, at the Customer Service desk, we were greeted and helped promptly. Hailey was happy to be of assistance and made sure we had help loading our items.

Every single person we came into contact with on our recent shopping trip was personable, kind, knowledgable and helpful—and it was VERY early in the morning. Having to purchase a toilet isn’t exactly fun, but having good people to help you when you have to makes it much better.

Came in to pick up an order and shop a little. What a great experience! Everything I was after was in stock. Hailey, Tamara, and Rhonda were amazing!! Not only did the give me additional info on some items I purchased, they opened the package I ordered to make sure all items in it and offered to help me to the car. Love going to a store that feels like visiting friends!

I travel way out of my way to go to this Home Depot because the condition of the store is far superior than any other Home Depot near by!

I was there to buy a air filter for hvac system. I took advantage of the quantity value. 19.00 each but I but 4 and they were 10.00 ea yay

I'm a contractor I come to home depot every day and spend a significant amount of money. Everyday It's hard to get product off-the-shelf because it's all locked up. Then they treat you like a criminal. And don't trust you to walk it up yourself. You trust me to check out myself but not just do my shopping and move on with my day. I come to Home Depot for convenience it anything but I will just drive a little further and go to my wholesale house where I'm no treaded like a criminal.
