There are always plenty of employees walking the aisles that are ready and willing to help find whatever is needed. Great customer service! Almost always a very quick checkout process.

Very friendly helpful people! Smaller than Roseville but much more helpful employees.

The quality of service you receive from Home Depot is exceptional. The people are friendly and they greet you with a smile. I found the product that I was looking for very easily. I did get the assistance that I needed and the store was clean.

Love this location, we received the best customer service ever from Angelo in the flooring department. He took the time to learn our needs, and his knowledge was extremely helpful in guiding us to purchase what flooring we would be happy with, we cannot wait to see the finished product!

clean and easy to find help in getting to the merchandise I need. I was particularly impressed when I went in to get a little more paint for a project I was working on and found a couple of guys there David and Eric who were very helpful in getting the color to match from the gallon of special color paint that I needed just a little bit more. The helped with that and answered my questions.

Recently I needed blinds for my windows. The gal did a great job and it was a home project for me.i was somewhat apprehensive when she went to cutting using the machine to do it. I basically had to watch and learn, but the outcome was perfect.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. It was easy to find the items I needed and since they were super heavy, an associate loaded them into my cart for me!

Overall I'm very happy with our Lincoln Home Depot. There are several employees whose service and product knowledge stands out. (Megan in appliances. Kenny in paint; and Cynthia, the cashier at the handicapped cashier desk) I've been shopping at this store since I moved here in 2005. I've purchased small (cabinet knobs) and large (refrigerators/washers) items over the years......and a ton of paint. (I'm a true believer in Behr) I pretty much always ask where to locate things due to my limited mobility. I always get the assistance I need.

This is their best store, ive been going here since opening and I actually drive out of my way to go to this store , everyone here makes you feel like family, no pressure and always there to help..

I love the garden department and the incredible lovely plants. My yard, both front and back, are gorgeous with the bursting colors and healthy plants and trees that I have purchased from your garden department. The employees will find someone to help with any questions if that employee doesn't have the answer. I enjoy shopping at Home Depot. Our front door and slider are the newest items that we purchased at Home Depot. I especially love the slider because the blinds are between the double glass and so I don't have to clean them! It is a very nice door and the installation was so quick and professional.

The store is clean and products are easy to find. Associates are friendly, available and ready to help. Compared to other Home Depot stores in the area, this store far exceeds our expectations. Love to shop at Home Depot Lincoln.

it is always easy to get help, in each department. Employees are in general very helpful and friendly. They are not pushy. The store is usually nice and clean. I just enjoy shopping here.

We had blinds ordered for our home. Megan (don't know her last name), at the windows and blinds area: She was EXTREMELY helpful and patient with us as we picked out our product. And then, when there was an issues, she handled it professionally and quickly. ALSO, as a retired Air Force Officer, I can say I have dealt with thousands of people in customer service, literally around the world. Megan was amazing - her attention to detail, focus on our needs / desires and helpfulness in our entire project was SUPERIOR!

First of all Lincoln Home Depot is the friendliest and the best at customer service!! I am very happy to be almost finished with my huge self made patio. Almost everything I needed was at the Lincoln Home Depot store and it took almost a year to do half of my yard but that is because I put only about $200 a month into it. The service was excellent and the patio looks magnificent. It is pink brick with square black paver trim and grey wall block border and I purchased absolutely everything I used at Lincoln Home Depot! After this purchase I need to find charcoal grey polymeric sand somewhere else (because Home Depot only carries tan) and someone to cut 6 pavers. No more weeds just lots of leisure space! YAY!

The Lincoln Home Depot is a very friendly helpful store. Much more neighborly than Roseville ever was. And it is like a Disneyland for grown ups in there! I go to the Lincoln Home Depot very often for plants every spring and every time I need something for around the house. I love the atmosphere and the employees are super friendly!

Angelo Andriani in Flooring Dept is probably the best employee I ever dealt with at any Home Depot!

Although this was my first visit to this home depot, because of the service I received, it won't be my ladt. I had a very unique problem that wasn't going to cost a lot, but Joe in their building / construction materiels was fast, courteous, knowlegeable and went way above and beyond to solve my problem. This is the kind of service that I remembered from years gone by, and thought I might never see again (I'm a 67 year-old single grandmother), but am so glad I was wrong. Joe solved my problem, and even went with me to my small car to make sure everything fit. I hope they appreciate the employee they have in Joe. The cashier was also very sweet and helpful.

I love shopping at the Lincoln store. Employees are always eager to offer assistance, but also don’t hover which I really appreciate. The store is always well arranged, neat and tidy. The Customer Service desk folks, especially Matt, Amber, Joti, and Tracey are wonderful “first point of contact” folks!

I visited this establishment because they had the product that I needed in stock. I am now a permanent customer of this location because of the exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. And the store was very clean and organized. Thank you!

Had a great experience this morning at my Lincoln store. We finished shopping and was going through the checkout and the manager on duty walking by asked if I was a dad? I said I was and looked in my cart and saw I was purchasing a new Milwaukee drill and impact set. He said hold on to the associate who was checking me out and proceeded to walk over to a display and brought a $79 battery over and said it takes off the price so it is free with my purchase of the set. I would not have that extra battery if John would not have noticed a customer just doing his shopping in his store. That my friend is customer service. Thank you for just being aware of we the customer.

I had a really nice time shopping for my plants and the employees were wonderful, They were so kind, helpful and great! I can't wait to go back again and get more plants.
