Checking out was quick and easy. Ella at self checkout made my day with her friendly demeanor. Lincoln is by far is my favorite Home Depot.

We bought two items that were bulky and heavy and the wonderful employee helped us get the items to check stand. He also took them to our vehicle and even loaded them. He did all that with a smile on his face ant not even one complaint about his job. He truly likes his job and that seems uncommon these day. It was so nice to observe such a work ethic.

Returned items without receipt that had been charged to HD account. Hailey at the return desk issued me a warning that my return may not be honored for not having a receipt and transaction not being found in my HD account. She was confronting and argumentative when i questioned why she was issuing me a warning as if the refund was being deducted from her paycheck. I spoke with Manager/Matt who was understanding and apologetic. Hopefully Hailey gets some customer service training in the near future

The customer service at this store is above and beyond other Home Depot stores. When checking out the cashier Ella made me feel as if she actually knew me and cared about what I had to say. All employees had smiles on their faces and asked if I needed help. I drive from a different town that has a HD to shop here.

The employees at the Lincoln, CA store have excellent knowledge and they don’t run away from me.

When I shop at this store, there are always friendly, helpful employees willing to assist me and available for questions…. always makes it easier to shop for items needed.

Good products and clean store

The staff here has been awesome and the store always looks clean and is very welcoming. If you go here, you can talk to anybody and they will gladly help except Teresa. If you could avoid her and then you would be saving yourself time.

Besides being superbly stocked with EVERYTHING for the home, office, yard etc., the sales team is sensational. If I owned a similar store, I would steal all of the staff with whom I have worked. I wish I lived next door to Home Depot.

I visited the Lincoln, CA location for home items. I was blessed to receive excellent, superior, professional, friendly and helpful service from Eric in the paint dept. and Selena at the self checkout. Both of these individuals went above and beyond in their assistance in helping me. Also it was refreshing to sense that both of these employees genuinely displayed a happiness to be there and assist me as a customer. I am grateful for your service and appreciate you being there thru Covid!

Customer service Was amazing at the store I really had a lovely experience and I would even drive a little fort further and then my local Home Depot because of the associates that make me feel Elkaïm at the store and those values make me want to come back to the store.

I live close to three HD and I drive to the farthest one in Lincoln to shop!!!! I know gas is $ 10.00 a quart!!!!! I do it because the staff is outstanding. The store is well stocked. It is clean. Other store managers should stop in and see how to run a location!!!!

Terrible customer service. All guest around me was greeted but myself. Walking into store and at check out. Teresita had me bag my own items while calling another guest behind me as I’m bagging up my own items.

This home depot is nice and quiet and very friendly helpful people work there. I also love their markdowns! I have found some really great deals here.

My cashier took all the time it took to check me out, correct pricing and sign me up for a Home Depot credit card. She was patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond.
