Had a great experience overall

I had a great experience at Home Depot today with two female employees assisting me in an above and beyond manner, solving an unusual problem that I was having. Truly commendable service.

The employees are fine, but there are insufficient cashiers, and the check-out area needs to be redesigned.

I bought a freezer. It was a great experience.

Looking for a tool. Employees helpful and went above and beyond to assist.

Went to the Lindon, Utah, store on 6/2/22 and had another great experience. The store is larger than other Home Depot stores and had great variety of items for shopping. The employees are the best part. We are asked several times during each visit if we can be helped. Very friendly and helpful people there. We live in Spanish Fork and drive past our closest Home Depot in Provo to shop at the Lindon store because of the customer service from folks like Brian and Yvonne. They go out of their way and pause what they are doing to be sure we get what we need.

This store always has what I need at any time. Excellent location!!

Spent more than 10k here, they had everything I needed for my remodal project

This location is close to our Lindon facility and it makes it easy to run and pick up whatever I need.

We got a 15% off coupon in the mail, we came in and spend $800 on merchandise to finish our basement. At check out the coupon wouldn’t work so we asked for help and the sweet cashier girl had to go ask a manager because she was also confused because it had not expired, didn’t say “select stores only”, or “online only” on the coupon. She went to ask her manager, she came back and told us that her manager said “they weren’t supposed to honor those coupons”. So why is Home Depot sending out coupons that aren’t being honored? Is it just this store? The poor cashier was clearly flustered and it’s not her fault in anyway, but the “manager” didn’t even come over to help explain to us why this was not being honored, or properly inform the employee she is supervising what was going on, and quite frankly put us and the poor girl in an awkward situation where no one is informed or knows what is going? This does not sound like great leadership to me. But the question still remains, why is this store not honoring this coupon? Or why is Home Depot sending out coupons that aren’t honorable?

I buy most all of my tools and supplies from Home Depot as they seem to always have what I need, are knowledgeable in answering my questions and have fair prices.

I have been buying a lot lately, but the discounts were zero. I wish I could get some deals or discounts after buying 10k plus in a month.

She took the time to understand my needs and was patient with me when doing so.

Stuff works well and my favorite employee is warren because he remembers us and is happy, cheerful and decorates our receipt.

I bought a Christmas Tree and a few other Christmas items to complete my purchase. Both Jessica and Random ( yes that’s his real name lol ) were awesome and so helpful. You would of thought they owned the store in how they treated us today. It sure will make us want to come back feeling so valued today. Thanks again.

This store has changed and not for the better. It used to feel like you were shopping in a small town store but the last time I was there it felt like I was in New York. The help was rude and curt--what happened to all the old employees?

I love going to our neighborhood Home Depot, I know nothing of fixing stuff around the house, but the personnel is so nice and helpful that I always come out with new ideas and ways to resolve my fixer uppers at home. Thanks Home Depot!

We shop almost exclusively at this Home Depot b/c of the staff and their willingness to help. People ask if we need help no matter where we are in the store and then help us find things, even if they are on the other side of the store.

The store manager helped look for an item. Very impressed by all the workers. The all seem ready to help.

I think the store personnel went above and beyond to help me, which I really appreciated and needed for a good experience

Came in to buy a chocolate bar but unfortunately the self check out was full so I made a speedy dash to service desk where kammy checked me out lightning fast so I could enjoy my sweet snack

Yes I would recommend the store only because it’s Home Depot and they mainly have what you’re looking for on this particular day they seem to be out of a lot of electrical items I needed no one was walking the floors I didn’t get assistance if my life depended on it but otherwise it’s Home Depot

Jerry was very helpful on the purchase of some summer fertilizer. Another employee helped me find a mower tire wheel. The Lindon store had clover killer I was looking for. I had a return and the gal was very friendly (sorry didn't catch her name) and best of all Karson was very efficient at checkout and very personable and friendly.

Shop elsewhere I've yet to have a good experience at this location.

I love the brand but hate our local stores. I'm tired of the app consistently being wrong on stock, what's available in store, unhelpful staff, and errors when buying online.
